I couldn't find the parts I needed, but I finally, after days of searching, found them on the ITAD Store!

Perfect experience - I bought a refurbished monitor and I'm very happy with my purchase (holding thumbs it lasts for a long time).

My experience with this company was…

My experience with this company was amazing! :)...Perfect customer service. I had ordered gaming headsets not realizing that this headsets was not compatible with my phone, I then had to return the goodies. Even though I was at fault the workers went out of their way to give me the perfect gaming headsets for my phone. They were super patient, super kind and made sure I was satisfied. I am super grateful and will definitely be purchasing more items from the store in the near future. Thanks again ITAD Africa, you guys rock. ;)

SOLID ROBUST NETWORKED DESKTOPS

I bought 3 HP desktops for heavy duty use for the PC center at Bloekombos. Full functionality required me to be nit-picky and Mr Booley was gracious in dealing with demands of PCs on networks that even included power supply models. All three PCs and extra equipment are running flawlessly and robustly till now (November 2025) and they reflect the flexibility, dependability and full integrity of Mr Booley's service.

A company that goes the extra mile...

First time buying from ITAD Store and everything was a positive experience.The service was amazing,constant communication,from start to finish. I received my DELL really fast and it's in such a beautiful condition for 2nd hand. I had some minor issues,but Mu-een from the Cape Town branch resolved it super fast,its people like him,that has gotten ITAD Store a customer for life. I would recommend ITAD to everyone.

I have dealt with ITAD for a while now

I have dealt with ITAD for a while now, they always go out of their way to help/occcomodate as needed, i would recomend them to anyone and everyone without the slightest reserve, Recently my R730 Dell server took a lightening hit, they accomodated a barebone chassis for me to rebuild at a fair price, they on the "good guys" list for sure

Exceptional service and unbeatable value!

I had such a great experience shopping at ITAD Store. Their prices on monitors, laptops, and refurbished tech are honestly some of the best you’ll find, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with any questions. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.

If you’re looking to upgrade your tech without breaking the bank, ITAD Store is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!
