Didnt feel welcome

I was treated a bit rudely. The one sales agent called me into the back office and when I entered the other the other one said no I must stay in reception. I didnt feel exactly welcome. Then I asked if they could use my old computer screen and I was told I have to drop it off at their other branch. Why not offer to do it themselves?
Post script: I must add that on the same day I posted this review ITAD phoned and apologized and offered some credits. I appreciate that!

got a laptop from these guys, I had problems with the HDMI port, gave them a call, Morne chatted with me and he was very helpful, issue was not with the laptop I had purchased, i was being a dumbass,

Good value for money

Got exactly what I ordered and at a great price that cannot be compared to another store.Everything looks close to brand new,you wouldn't even tell it's a used product,works great..Plus 6 month warranty,worth it.
