A very unpleasant experience.
A pair or Ray-ban were received without the warranty card and proper packaging (inside the case there should have been, beside the warranty, a plastic sealed new cleaning cloth, booklet and tag). Nothing wrong with the glasses themselves but for an over 100 Euro shades I would expect everything to be in order and not looking like they were recycled.
Totally not courteous customer service either.
Thank you but no more from this place.
