3 sets of front tyres in 57000kms from brand new. Return car to Isuzu wayville after 26000kms..they replaced front tyres and said they fix problem.then at 56000kms had to replace tyres again..took paperwork from new tyres and balancing to Isuzu wayville they said they had to send it to Japan,it would take 6 weeks. Heard nothing from them at all, after 7 weeks went back in only to be told paperwork hadn't been lodged and was now lost...still fighting....they just keep pushing you away hoping you'll give up.Not me i made up some signs and have been protesting out front of dealership and will be for next 6 months
Couldn't be more disappointed in my new D-Max, and cant wait to get rid of it. I used to have a 2019 Holden Colorado and brought the D-Max thinking it would be similiar but the Holden beats it hands down. The D-Max's electronic safety features are intrusive, annoying, unrefined and bordering on dangerous.
And they top off this terrible car with the worst dealer network i ever dealt with. 1/10 Isuzu and thats being generous.
DO NOT BUY AN ISUZU UTE from any dealer especially Trinity Auto in Cairns. Their after sales service is rude, inefficient, unprofessional and arrogant. Isuzu Customer don't care supports them.
Mazda is so much better, professional, helpful and customer care is excellent.
I gave one star as there was no option to give a zero.
My son bought an Isuzu Ute, he has had numerous problems with the tray. Each time he has a problem (4 problems in 2 years) Isuzu says it has nothing to do with us you have to go to the person who installed the tray. My son paid and made the contract with Isuzu for the installation of the tray and it was delivered brand new to my son with all the add ons he requested.
Now after 2 years the battery has gone. Once again he contacted Isuzu and was told that the battery is only under warranty for a year. My son replied that he was contacting Isuzu as the battery clearly states on it that it has a six year warranty. Once again Isuzu washed their hands of his problems. If Isuzu puts products on their vehicles they should ensure they meet certain standards and honour the warranty on the services.
It seems once the car leaves the lot they don’t give a damn about the promises and guarantees.
Their after sales service is NON EXISTENT, so bear that in mind when you purchase a vehicle from them.
Picked up our Izuzu mux LST in January, Given a guide tour of vehicle!! Not too much explanation, have been trying to navigate the book!!Only done 300 plus kms when checked oil and needed 3 lts which was worrying!! Contacted Izuxu dealer and they made a note of it!!!Said to keep an eye on it !!!! Had an Izuzu MUX for 10 years before trading it in with no problems in 10 years!! So hoping no more issues!!!
The Service department staff often lack clarity in communicating with clients. Many appear to be only mildly interested in the customers' needs. Senior management has a similar attitude, so no wonder it shows up at the front counter!
Once again they did a service and one particular item was not satisfactorily addressed, it occurred again as soon as my vehicle left their driveway. This was not the first time. My business will go elsewhere.
Absolutley outstanding service from the Ferntree Gully Isuzu Ute team most notably the salespeople Mark and especially Tom. I've had some horrible experiences with dealers but these two have made me feel nothing less than absolutley comfortable. Very patient, very understanding and willing to work for me to find the best possible solution. I can't recommend FTG Isuzu enough. Thanks to the team there for your work.
The truck made by isuzu is powerful and I loved it
I have just bought a new Isuzu MU-X LS-U from Pacific Isuzu Ute in Gympie Queensland. The salesperson Chris is so skilled and affable that as a retired car salesman myself, I did not feel that I was being sold. The vehicle basically sold itself. I took a MU-X LS-T, the top of the range, for a 106 kilometre test drive, my wife, a skeptic of trucks, as she calls them, but when it came time to return the vehicle to the dealer, she wanted one. I was really impressed with the value for money of the LS-U, and seeing that I did not need proximity keys and a dvd player in the roof, I went for one level down from the top of the range but, even this is no slouch when it comes to features. Was really impressed with the low down grunt of the 4 cylinder, 3 litre turbo-charged diesel. It is perfectly matched to the six speed auto. The dealership service is impressive to say the least. All in all, not at all like buying a new car 12 out of ten!
