AVOID THIS COMPANY

They sent me the totally wrong item - a girls doll instead of coat hangers. They never replied to half a dozen emails asking for a refund and I am now nearly £50 down after three months of trying to be refunded. SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT USE

No reply to my emails as order has not arrived

No reply to my emails after chasing my order. Had a tracking number given by the shopify app which stated it had been delivered. After trying to chase up with Royal Mail they confirmed that my postcode did not relate to the tracking number. The seller has all my correct details. I have tried to reach out via email and the telephone number shown on the invoice is nothing to do with this company. Shocking customer service. I have now opened a case with PayPal to receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed as this was a gift for my granddaughters birthday. I have now had to order elsewhere and just hope this will arrive and I don’t have to go through this again. Would never order from this company again.

Limited communication

No communication. Order placed 9/4/24 for delivery 3-5 working days. Nil updates. Have emailed 17/4/24 but no response to email. No phone number of website.
Disappointing and worried it is a scam.
Update 23/4/24 I have had a phone call from the company and am told that the item is on back order. I did place the order because it appeared to be in stock on their website. However, I am relieved that the order is now being managed.

Deserves a good score

Was a bit hesitant when I saw the few and mixed reviews, but I decided to take the plunge as I would save approx £60 compared to other websites.
Prior to buying I did a mail enquiry which was replied to very fast, helping to ease my mind.
Order was shipped instantly and arrived earlier than promised via ParcelForce, was a perfectly genuine item in mint condition.
Flawless experience.

Poor!

This is the second time I have purchased from this company (stupidly)

The first time my order was delayed by over a month and I had to continuously chase it, the service was poor at best and I was given multiple delivery dates and the parcel continuously failed to arrive. It eventually did but had I have known the trouble it caused I wouldn’t have purchased.

My most recent experience was once again abysmal; I purchased a try bike for my sons birthday, I placed my order and days later received a message telling me it was out of stock and they offered me and alternative colour, I agreed to the alternative, and then received an email a week or so later saying they were refunding me as the alternative was out of stock and they didn’t hear come me (when I had replied immediately) I told them how unhappy I was with this, I replied and sent proof and they just didn’t bother to reply to my email.

I will never buy from this company again, and quite frankly I would rather pay £20 more for an item from a trusted retailer who is reliable and fulfils their orders.

Their customer service is non existent.

Fantastic Customer Service

Ordered a Little Dutch Teepee from them for a Christmas present last year, it arrived and unfortunately the box was severely damaged. Customer service was quick to respond and offered a small refund.
Last month one of the legs snapped in half (the plastic bit that held the parts together gave way) and again customer service was fantastic and contacted Little Dutch and arranged a replacement part.
Highly recommend this company.

Ordered an item 3 1/2 weeks ago, still not sign of it?

I purchased a cushion on 26.10.2021 from the Is To Me website, the item was in stock or at least had nothing to suggest it wasn't? As per the website, dispatch appeared to be within 24 hours of order or same day if purchased prior 12pm. By the 11.11.2021 (2 weeks after) I had still not received any information on my order, so I emailed customer service who advised me that the "central warehouse" was due to receive the stock on Wednesday and I would shortly receive the postage information. By 15.11.2021, still nothing.. So I emailed them again who confirmed he would speak to the mysterious warehouse and get back to me. Well he never did, so were now the 19.11.2021 and I emailed him again asking for a refund, but instead of agreeing to it, he has to refer to the warehouse again to confirm that my item hadn't been dispatched. In the end I had to raise a case with Paypal and they have refunded me thankfully. Overall terrible service, quick to come back but with no useful information, customers really don't want to hear about you warehouse problems!
