I am extremely disappointed with the service from Isaac’s Treasures. I sent a formal cancellation request BEFORE my order was dispatched. This request was completely ignored, and the item was sent anyway. I have since sent further communication via various routes which have also been ignored.
I have today refused delivery of the parcel via Royal Mail so it is returned to sender.
Furthermore, I have noted in your terms that you attempt to charge a £5 fee for cancellations. Please be aware that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, it is unlawful to impose any fees or penalties for exercising a right to cancel. I am entitled to a FULL refund. I will have to raise a dispute with Clearpay if my messages continue to be ignored.

Order never delivered and the response from the business was genuinely shocking. I was spoken to rudely, blamed, and money was withheld.

I’m escalating this to Trading Standards. The tone and handling left me anxious and unsettled. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Avoid.

Reliable online shop with a large selection and very friendly support. I order from them regularly and enjoy doing so.

We had to pay shipping when UPS arrived after already paying shipping and handling.

I am very happy with the service. I have bought products in this website several times and they have responded very well. The only thing I regret is the Brexit that supposes a barrer in the free trade of products, but this is not a responsibility of the shop (I buy from Spain) . I trust the shop’s website and the client service: l’m very satisfied indeed!!

I ordered many items from this shop. Unfortunately, the wrong item was sent. When I contacted the seller, I was told that the correct item would only be shipped after I returned the incorrect one. Even though the mistake was not mine, I was required to wait until the return was received before getting what I paid for.

I do not feel this situation was handled fairly as I was waiting for this item to go with the other items I’d purchased for a gift .

There policy ( which is incorrect) left me feeling as though I wasn’t trusted, and the shop owner’s responses came across as unsympathetic and rude, I found the whole experience disappointing.

I ultimately decided to keep the incorrect item simply to avoid the stress of further back-and-forth.

Poor quality plastic tube, all the screws came loose in a paper bag with 6 missing

Delivery was quick, quality of the product is fantastic.

The buckets, funnies, in fact everything in this set is just gorgeous. The different coloured plastics are so attractive. My granddaughter spends ages and ages playing with these pouring from one vessel to another. I haven't seen anything to match this lovely set.

Fantastic items to make a water wall for the kids, going to be many many hours of fun with it

I made an order, recieved the items. I wanted to return one item, a ball run around £71. She refused. Around 45 emails back and forth and it ended with a chargeback. The seller is unprofessional...see refund policy on webite where she falsely states a sale item cannot be returned. She was unaware of the distance selling regulations where you can open a product to inspect it if brought online.

She sells pretty things but can be found elsewhere. Junior edition, djeco, little dutch, toy street, smyths is amazing for their sensory section, curiosity corner, the kid collective, tickit...

I have never had to start a chargeback before, but am glad I did.

I purchased some great quality wooden toys for my son’s birthday. They arrived quickly and were in great condition.
