I wanted a particular children’s dressing up item from a lovely brand based in the USA that sells lovely items but the shipping from them is really high as US based. I contacted Conscious Craft as they sell some of this suppliers items but not that particular thing and they have gone out of their way to get it in for me. Really impressed and has saved me loads of cash in shipping.

Ethical small brand who stock wonderful Waldorf aligned brands covering gifting, crafting, art supplies and toys for all occasions.

I’ve found them to be a really helpful company who definitely live up to their name. I’ve found items and brands here that I’ve struggled to find anywhere else / in this country as many of these niche Waldorf brands can be hard to source.

They also do a fantastic loyalty programme where points convert into money off purchases which is both a blessing and a curse!

The world needs more of this. Amazing costumer service and seeling products that are trully sustainable, beautiful, meaninful and with no harmfull stuff for children. I go there every time Im looking for something to gift a child. They have their website sorted by age which really helps!

Amazing family run company that work very hard to provide an exceptional offering of ethical, beautiful and heirloom crafts, gifts and toys for children and their parents. Very grateful to have found such an honest, decent brand that provides moments of joy for children and their families.

In February 2023, I purchased something from this company for one of my grandchildren. Since then, I have had no contact with them whatsoever. This evening, I received an email from Thomas Wilkes, telling me about 'A different kind of Easter' which I promptly forwarded to NCSC as I thought it was some kind of 'spam'. I've just found an email in my 'bin', claiming I signed up/subscribed to this website on 20 March 2026. The email has a blue dot, which signifies it must have gone into my junk mail and then got block deleted (which I do daily) without being read as to be honest, I don't have time to read all the junk that arrives in that box. I am deeply disturbed that any company, and particularly one that says 'You are receiving this email because you very cleverly opted in on our website' can tell lies like this - I've done nothing of the sort. Just because this company has continued to hold my email address for three years does NOT give it the right to claim I have opted in on anything and force/pretend I have subscribed to receive emails from them - desperate or what!? No, disrespectful, reported and now unsubscribed!

I recently ordered for the first time from this company. An item broke during transit and was replaced immediately. I received the replacement faster than I knew the post could deliver!

Wonderful company. Friendly, helpful, I live close by so can always pop in to get the products needed. Well recommended!

I was very impressed with how fast my delivery reached us considering it was during the strike period.

Lovely product dispatched.
Unfortunately with baby brain I had ordered the wrong product.
I contacted regarding sending back the return, Thomas was really accommodating and advised to wait with the postal strikes etc.

Fast delivery and a lovely selection of toys. They do click and collect but there’s no warehouse to go and look round. Even so, the website is really good and the toys/books are great quality!

Ordered a geobender on wednesday afternoon, that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. Paid for standard 2-4 day delivery and the item arrived today thursday. Thank you
