If there were "negative stars" that's how I would rate customer service with Iron Mountain. I have had to work with this company for years and it's always a headache! No clear communication; charged for trips that weren't made; and impossible to get a straight answer from ANYONE! Most recently we sent a destruction request for 100's of boxes we have stored and after SIX WEEKS of emails and phone calls I finally was told that I did not have the right authorization to have submitted the destruction request. Why didn't I find this out the same day or next day? The next week or following week? I'm told someone will call me back and they never do. I have issues escalated to higher management and they still are not resolved timely if at all. I highly recommend thoroughly vetting this company, and even after doing so TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
