This is the year of the SCAMMERS in all shapes and sizes. I just checked this website out as I was tempted to spend.. Having already been "stitched up" (scammed) last Christmas with another chinese company. TIP FOR EVERYONE!!! ALWAYS check that there is a contact full address, email, telephone number. Absence of these means dodgy dodgy. Loads from China as they are out of the UK jurisdiction of complaints, so basically can do what they like. I ordered on another website a german shopping bag. I received 1 fake gucci scarf!?!?!? BEWARE all. Shame as the goods look great that they have posted.

This is yet another Chinese scammer. I'd love to know where to buy these actual gaments as they are attractive and unusual. But i know to my cost the reality will be nothing approaching the picfures.

I see they’re advertising the same item I got from another fly by night bunch of scammers based in China last year. Checked their website, there’s no details on where they are based, their returns policy (because they won’t have one) or any other credentials. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

Thanks to the many very poor reviews I have just been saved from wasting money on what looked like very classy tops on the words with friends adverts I was bombarded with !.

The beautiful knitted jumper that I ordered turned out to be a shapeless garment that had a knitted print on cheap polyester. The returns policy was ridiculous and indecipherable. Don’t use this company.

well, one whole year has elapsed since i first ordered from this cowboy outfit, and still no delivery, just really feeble excuses, and telling me, that i should try to track the untrackable, even though i tell them it is their responsibility to make sure that they send their orders on a reliable postal service, all i should have to do is to receive my purchase. it's not rocket science. ive ordered a lot of stuff from China, and apart from this one company, everything has been no problem whatsoever. this company Iris Ruby however are rubbish. REALLY REALLY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, 96% OF ALL REVIEWS HERE ARE NEGATIVE , SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

STOP TELLING PEOPLE YOU OFFER REFUNDS, BECAUSE ITS ONE YEAR LATER AND YOU JUST FOB OFF RUBBISH ABOUT PAYPAL.

I absolutely hate these people, they're the lowest scum. They STEAL copyright pictures from other websites that are legitimate and trying to make a living from their products. They then make the most unbelievably crappy knock-off 'versions' of these products probably under the worst conditions for the poor people working in their disgusting factories. If you spend £100 with these sh*tbags the value of the absolute garbage that eventually turns up stinking of diesel will be worth about £2.50 at best. Obviously I've learned the hard way. The fact that these C*NTS are still trading makes me so sad. Please please please don't waste your time or your money, I can't reiterate this enough! I'm googling every company from now on and coming straight here first.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to be able to write my review otherwise they would have scored 0. I ordered clothes in January and have still not received them. I have sent umpteen e-mails and they reply saying the items are on there way. It is now 7 months and I am still waiting. Do not buy anything from this company. I wish I had read reviews before buying. They should not be allowed to trade. Save you're money and do not shop with them. You should be ashamed Irisruby for treating you're customers this way. Do not buy anything from them.

I sent sent away the rags for a refund back in May they are saying the parcel must be held up in customs well surprisingly they were delivered back to me today address unknown I can not state enough this company is a utter scam

Not even worth 1 star, their operating practice are extremely disreputable I ordered 5 items of clothing in early November, early Dec I received an email to say the clothing was on its way and arrived mid December but all the items we far to small, this being despite me ordering XL on all items, I am a size 16 but knowing Asian clothing is often cut tight.
I immediate contact the company and a Return Address label was sent to me but I had to pay for the goods to be retrained. I returned the goods within 3 days recorded delivery.
The clothing reached Guagzhou on 4th January 2020, the tracking stated "Waiting for collection" This is where the clothing has sat since that date. I have emailed #Irisuby more times than I can count and all I get is emails saying that the goods have not yet been received. I say that they are awaiting collection by Irisuby but this appears to fall on death ears.
I do not think Irisuby is an honourable company, it take money then seems to leave returned goods at the sorting office and that way they do not have to replace the items.
Shame on you Irisuby, you are behaving as a disreputable company and I have lost total faith, you have no face to me.

I'm totally SPEECHLESS with this 'SCAM' - ''IRISRUBY''...WARNING TO ALL, DON'T BUY from them!!! I'm sadly, like many of you, bought from them in March (over a hundred pounds worth order!) All clothes were NOTHING like on pictures, quality/style were so POOR! Had to return them, spent over £20 postage and what's the month now??! Mid June and I STILL haven't received my refund for these goods!!! Sent them numerous emails about it, and their 'signature' answers were 'sorry, didn't get the goods'!!!!!!!!!!! People, I've never come across dishonest online seller, IRISRUBY IS A SCAM! NOT WORTH ANY STAR of course but had to give one to leave this comment/warning to all!! They may be using another trading name now online, so please BE CAREFUL!!!! Please someone POST on other social channels and WARN people about them! Sorry we're the 'victims' of this 'DESPICABLE' SCAMMER! MAY GOD JUDGE THEM fiercely! Please DON'T give me your trash answer to this comment, Irisruby! You know WHAT YOU ARE! DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE CHINA BASED COMPANIES. MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING FROM THE UK. THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU FAKE GOODS. I placed an order on 12th November, received the cute socks and gloves. The bag was a bit disappointing and was just a print on a bag, to date have still to receive the jumper I order despite emailing several times
Please save your money shop local
Cheapest is definitely not always best.
So sad that fraudsters and cheats exist.

Awful. Wish I'd read comments before ordering. Clothing, only some of which arrived, was absolutely shoddy. Terrible customer service and never got a refund. Can't believe they're allowed to trade.

Terrible company. Never order anything from them!!!! Placed an order 5 months ago and still haven't received it. Have emailed multiple times and just get a standard response saying it's delayed. Have asked for a refund and no response. Complete frauds.

I wrote a few weeks ago as I had had difficulty with a purchase. I needed a refund for goods never sent. I can now announce that the company has seen sense and I just received a fair refund. It took over 6 weeks, and a lot of insisting (and I have to say PayPal was not that helpful!!!) But this is a very satisfactory result from IrisRuby. Thank you for doing the right thing.
