Picture made more than 4 months ago. Asking about status after 2 month was replied with saying the conditions mentioned they have 68 days to deliver.
Asking about the status after 3 month was replied with "we did send but will send again"
Still nothing received one month later...
Received the picture end of March in good order.
For the 4 months delay they added the picture in JPEG via email as compensation.
The after-sales service with this company is non-existent. After several calls and emails not a single answer in return. I had to wait almost 2 months to receive my photos. When I received the photo of 4 eyes (3 of my children and myself), no indication of the names on the iris photos. I don't understand the concept, what's the point of having the eyes photo if you don't know whose they are. In addition, there was a scratch on the photo, and obviously no way to communicate with the company. This is the worst experience with a company I have ever had. Unacceptable for the price of the product!!!
