Absolute terrible experience w/ receiving what I ordered.
I ordered. 10 days later, I had to reach out to them. THEN they opened my order to have it shipped. THEN they told me they didn't have all the hardware. I'm still waiting on stuff to show up. Who knows if it'll ever show up. Do I need to keep walking them through their own processes? Wild to drop $2k on something and have it be this messy.
The warranty process on the box is also broken. You have to reach out to support to get the warranty to happen too. The customer onboarding experience is garbage.

I recently purchased the IRestore helmet and face mask. I got them very quickly. I found the packaging excellence. The products are obviously very well-made and sturdy.. They are very easy to wear and still write things down or make appointments. When I needed extra cushions for the helmet, I called and got a person right away. It was rather late at night when I called and I received the pads in less than a week so customer service has been very good.

I placed my order on Memorial weekend. For some reason, I’m thinking it was set up as an order and the buyer had to take them off, but I received 3 items totaling over $100 that I did not order. To be honest I don’t think the buyer has to make sure things are added that were not clicked on. I of course did not notice that. I feel confident that I ordered the helmet that charges because my daughter told me she wished she had bought that one. When I clicked on the bundle to also get the face mask I’m guessing that it changed to the plug in.
I’m just really disappointed that not much was correct on my order.

My order arrived very quickly and I am very happy with the Flex LED Belt that I purchased.
It gives me the flexibility of using it in different parts of my body comfortably. It is bigger and chunkier than what I expected but it’s still easy to wear.
I would totally recommend this product to anyone looking to improve soreness and inflammation.

LED lights on elite model seems a bit hot. The charging time for the battery pack is unbelievably long, & very disappointed the company does not offer a faster charging battery pack

The people at I restore have been really terrific. They’re not just helpful, but they’re so friendly and they go out of their way to reach out to their customers. At least to me they have and I don’t think I’m special. I’m just one of their many customers. Based on how helpful they have been to me, giving them a rating of five was easy.

I have not been using the Elite long enough to give a fair review. So far, so good. It is easy to use for 12 minutes/day. I am still not sure of the fit. And it is much too soon to know about results.
