Delivery 1 month late. I paid Shipping when bought and then after 45 days or so stuck in customs I pay about $500 USD for handling, extra storage fees, etc. Your people were friendly and ineffective. The suprise $500 cost after already agreeing on price and paying shipping leaves a very sour taste to me. Also, you should not sell to Philippines if you cannt ensure delivery and better manage / explain costs. You should refund the additional $500 shipping fee charged to me.

My order did not ship for over 4-5 days, I had to call customer service and only they found out the warehouse missed the shipment. Shipping time is way too long considering the price of their products.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of the trio set for face, neck, and eyes, totaling over $1,300.
I encountered several issues with the delivery process. Despite my request to change the shipping address, the package was delivered to my old address and left on the driveway in the rain without a signature, even though I had purchased insurance. This forced me to drive two hours to retrieve the package. Upon arrival, I found the shipping box completely crushed and soaked through, leaving the internal product boxes wet and damaged
When I get the items I charged them but face mask does not work it stays on only red light
Eyewear is giving me a migraine headache
All this items including neckwear are very heavy and plus they have to be together with the charger box to work so that is extra weight
When I called and emailed the company, at first representative told me I can only return one item
I was very upset, because this never said at any papers
I told them this item damaged plus it gives me migraines
It is very heavy, I will not be excepting this return policy
I won’t be sitting with the 1300 dollars damaged goods plus I purchased a insurance, why did I pay for that
In the end representative said she will get approval for the return refund process
I did let them know the next day about the damages and I do have videos that I sent to company so I’m waiting on this refund process. My experience with this company and product is not satisfactory

I paid for an extra device for a wireless helmet . It came with a wire and no option for wireless after spending $1500.
Also, it is glitchy and laser does not stay on.

I purchased the most expensive device, the iRestore Elite. I had waited months to buy it and specifically planned the purchase during a trip I made to Canada.
The product never arrived because I never received any information about the import fees/payment required for delivery. I called iRestore every single day for an entire week asking them to resolve the issue with DHL, but I received no real support, no follow-up, and ultimately never received the product.
Now, I am still not receiving my refund because they keep saying the product has not yet been returned to them. How is this my fault? I did everything I could from my side, contacted support repeatedly, and was completely ignored while the delivery issue remained unresolved.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unfair experience, especially considering the amount of money spent on their premium product. Very disappointing customer service and logistics support.

I ordered a product and noticed seconds too late that it was in US funds. I quickly messaged the company and a rep named Tene responded. She was quick, kind, and so helping me get my order cancelled. She offered me other links to check out for the device in CN funds and even got the 10% cancellation service charged waived for me. I was so pleasantly surprised by such incredible service bc it's rare these days to received good customer service. I give this company and Tene the rep 20/10.

I purchased an iRestore elite, which cost me over 1800 $. It came with a card that I could extend the warranty to 3 years if I registered for it within a month. I did register but did not get a confirmation. I then sent an e-mail to customer service (still within the same month) to ask confirmation that they had received the registration for the extended warranty. No response. Sent another e-mail, again no response. And another one, no response. It’s been 4 months without a response. This is terrible customer service and I will never purchase another device from this company.
