Although I couldn't wait for the notification that my watch was back in stock, I took the chance checking. Luckily it was and I was able to order. I was impressed with the various watch brands to be shopped. Depending on what else may catch my eye, I will be ordering here for those JDM, hard to find watches. The $ was very reasonable. On par with other websites. I can't wait for my purchase to arrive...

great service, great watch

Ordered a watch April 6th. Waited a week for them to even contact me about my order telling me it would take some time and asking some other things. Then nothing until April 22nd where they said they were preparing the order. After more than a month I contacted them again about the order and they told me the watch still wouldn’t be available for another few months. The entire time, even now the website says the watch is available and ready to ship in less than one week. After requesting a refund I ended up with $150 less than I paid due to the currency conversion fee. I wholeheartedly recommend against using this company.

Shipment of the watch was suppose to be from 2-5 days, but instead took several e-mails and 14 days for DHL to pick up the item. Furthermore, there is no shipper option or pre-paid tax, which means that you end up with a carrier that besides the shipping cost and customs tax adds fees that are above the tax collected. I was charge US$90 by DHL (for a watch of less than US$250), of which US$53 were fees charged by them with the warning that pay or the item is returned within 5 days, so, no time to request a review. For contrast my experience with FedEx, they charge less fees and the tax is collected after I receive my package.

I made a second order and this time around the items did shipped within the time allocated and the customer service was helpful. The only thing that could improve the experience would be to have carrier options as DHL is the more expensive than the competition. BTW, I only have good things to say abaout the watches as they are what I expected.

Once again, I am very satisfied: careful and punctual handling, friendly communication, a fair price, and a very good watch—just as promised.

Great, that is possible to order watches from Japan.
The sold product was perfect. The packaging and overall shipping process incl. tax clearance was easy and professionell. I have ordered to Germany. What i did not like was the communication/information of the status of order and the not very responsive whatsapp number. Nonetheless, overall it was a good experience and i would order again.

Terrible experience — I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
My husband ordered a Longines watch through the Chrono24 platform on May 6, 2026. At the time of purchase, the watch was advertised as being in stock and scheduled to ship within 1–3 days, with delivery expected before May 20.
Unfortunately, as of today, May 17, we have received absolutely no communication or update regarding the status of our order or shipment. The reason we placed this order was because the watch was supposed to arrive in Canada before May 20 as a gift for our son’s university graduation.
What is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication from this company, both directly and through their Chrono24 profile. A simple update or response would have gone a long way.
At this point, we are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience and still have no idea when — or if — our order will be shipped.

Customer support was a bit slow to respond but when they shipped my watch order, it came in very quickly (USA) and product came exactly as expected. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The company’s customer service was great, although responses were a little slow, even considering time zones. I also would have appreciated being notified ahead of time that a signature would be required for my shipment. Once the item shipped, I couldn’t change the delivery address to one where it could be signed for.

Received the watch ingreat condition. Was initially worried about shipment but they kept me up to date on the status of the delivery and assured me that it was authentic.

I made my first order with IPPO JAPAN yesterday. Previously used another company to purchase JDM watches. Overall, IPPO struck a better and more efficient way of handling my choices of watches and the manner which the company reflected efficiency and reliability to the customer:

1. Watches were heavily discounted in comparison to other JDM shops. It is not only getting a bargain but rather a very reasonable price for many of the luxury watches.
2. Their collections were updated to current horological offerings in that the most current models and designs are offered;
3. While the prices are in JPY, conversion is easy. However, the currency would revert back to JPY when the webpage refreshes. There should be a solution to this in maintaining the selected currency for all the pages regardless of refresh;
4. Photography of the watches were superb;
5. Discount code that works was available;
6. Transfer of order to DHL was fast with an available online tracking interface to the customer. Transfer to DHL occurred within the day of payment for the order;
7. I can understand the reliance on PayPal for purposes of expediency in payment management, but would be best if other facilities like Apple Pay were available.

Again, IPPO JAPAN, thank you for the experience and will surely regularly visit your website for future purchases.

Arrived to my country quickly (other delays are from the courier), quickly responded with my questions regarding the watch, overall top tier experience.

Their prices are also competitive with many other companies, I simply cannot find many watches listed here on other sites with the prices, not all of course, but you will most likely find great deals here.
