You nailed it—our Seiko range exists because we actually care about these watches, not just moving inventory. Seven days from Japan to your door with your Moujin is the pace we aim for. Come back when the next one calls.
Order was okay, but hidden charges is bad
Order was good, but the shipping policy need to be transparent. Stated free shipping, then when payment time, shipping was not free, it says under $1000 purchase, shipping is not free.
Also please make payment easy using direct card payment to bank. as PayPal currency exchange rates tends to be higher. Probably will not order again from Ippo due to no hidden charges (shipping & exchange rates)

The watch is great , DELIVERY SUCKED
The watch is great ,the extra fees for associated with duties, not the duties themselves but fees, caught me off guard. They used DHL which sucked because DHL told me a delivery date that caused me to stay home all day as a signature was required. Then they didn’t deliver until the next day. I lost a day work, more than the watch was worth… AND… I could not remove the signature requirement as DHL told me IPPO required it. Except that the watch was nice, everything about the delivery and their waste of my time sucked.

Fast delivery
Received the watch I bought in about one week from Japan. Impressive. It's the CASIO W-221H-8AJF and I'm very happy with it. It's nice, cheaply and elegant at the same time.

Ordered an unusual Casio model for my wife. Reasonable price. Very pleased. There were a few days of (?) sourcing delay but they kept me informed and it arrived promptly enough, nicely packed. Would recommend IPPO. If you're buying something to give as a birthday present, etc, I'd recommend ordering a couple of weeks ahead, just in case.

Overall satisfied
Delay on fulfillment was frustrating but due to issues at Grand Seiko. Once queried Ippo Watch fully explained the issue and delivered in the time frame consistent with their sourcing delay. Their website always listed the watch as in stock even after they told me there would be a month delay. The final delivery was great. Beautiful watch with all packaging and documentation. All in all I would buy directly from Ippo Watch again but probably contact them prior to ordering to confirm actual stock status and ship time.

I was a little worried about buying…
I was a little worried about buying from abroad however, it all went well and the watch arrived on time. There was no extra duties to pay in the UK. I couldn't buy this model in the UK otherwise I would have purchased here.

Great Communication
I ordered a few watches, and at the last second I decided to remove one of the watches after I had already ordered. I emailed and they promptly removed the watch, sent a refund, and shipped out the remainder of my order. Great service!
