Over the past 30 years, we have built up a wealth of experience in dealing with employees working in the Public Sector and currently administer over 137 AVC schemes with a combined membership of over 25,000 members. Current schemes include Civil Service, HSE, Voluntary Hospitals, AGSI and Local Authorities. We have a team of over 60 Financial Advisors who work with clients from initial consultation through ongoing servicing and monitoring. Our goal is to guide our clients towards making the right decisions regarding their own financial priorities and concerns. As part of our service, we provide online and in-person information sessions for Public Sector staff. These sessions give staff a breakdown of their superannuation entitlements and the options available to enhance these benefits. Staff are also offered the opportunity to meet a Financial Advisor on a one-to-one basis for an individual financial consultation, free of charge. We specialise in the provision of retirement/ financial planning advice.

Continued financial advice and support
I recently received correspondence from my financial Advisor Sam O'Mahony. It was annual review time and Sam.provided loads of advice to me regarding increasing my contributions and the benefits to me at my retirement. He rang me, exactly when he said he would and very clearly, and simply, explained it all to me. The good thing I like about Irish Pensions & Finance is the continued customer support and the ongoing advice. Whilst this was an annual review to ensure my contributions were working to meet my retirement needs, Sam advised that I can contact them at any time during the year for advice and financial planning. I am very satisfied eith the customer service provided by this company.
