The watch was a Christmas present - for sleep and activity tracking. After a few weeks, and several charges, it has simply stopped working.
Cheap, Chinese-made rubbish.

I’d recommend you buy a different product.

Terrible company. Will not accept returns. I haven't even opened the packaging but want me to pay the carriage back to China.

The watch is pretty but as a smart watch, it's diabolical. It keeps disconnecting from the app so never received notifications, when I tried to sync my runs to the 'Runmefit' app, they never synced. I did a master reset 3 times and the issue was never solved.
The only contact with Ionos was via email and despite me describing the issues I'm having, they say there is nothing wrong with the watch and keep offering me 2% and 4% discounts. I have told them that a smart watch that doesn't work as a smart watch is not a smart watch.
They said that returning the product is difficult even though they offer a 90 day money back guarantee.
Definitely DO NOT purchase this watch, the reviews are scams

Unfortunately I purchased this watch but a day after I had paid for it my family bought me a an Apple Watch for my birthday. I immediately notified the company that I didn’t want the watch and ever since then they have disregarded anything I’ve said, but rather trying to tell me how good the watch is that I no longer need. If you are thinking of buying this watch be absolutely sure you won’t need to return it because they WILL NOT let you. They (or their computer) will tell you how expensive it is to return it to china etc. JUST DONT BUY IT. Only buy from an Australian company.
