we had to replace the band/bracelet after less than 1 month. There was absolutely no support from the after sales team. I wrote 4 emails that were left unreplied. I find their service incredibly bad. I had to buy a new bracelet myself.

Super nice watch for an amazing price. love the purple color and I bought 2 bracelets to go with the watch. Also beautiful bracelets. shipping and delivery was very fast.

Do note that the strap is in a fixed circular position so the watch doesn't/cannot lay flat.

The watch has an incredible blue tone, very sleek and eloquent looking. The fastest, quickest delivery I have ever had or know of. From the order date to on my wrist - two (2) days to Honolulu. The price was unbelievably on sale too. Definitely will be looking at this company again. Definitely recommended.

This is a second smart watch I bought. Battery life amazes me. I needed to charge my apple watch everyday when Ice watch on saver battery can last 2 months!

incredibly good watch with everything I need, but the reason I only give it 4 stars is because you can hardly choose any backgrounds or make your own background for the watch. the backgrounds that are inside the app are pretty ugly

The Ice smartwatch does everything I hoped for! It’s beautiful, elegant and I get notifications and phone calls!
Has for the exercises and reading my level of stress, etc is very useful! Love it ❤️

My 10 year old child loves the watch, the screen and the ease of the touch screen, the apps and games. I really recommend it

I would not buy directly from the ice store again.

The watch broke and 2 times we contacted customer service up to the point where they promis a replacement en 2 times after that they go silent not to be heard from again. This feels like policy...

Ice-watch warranty is worth nothing. After 10 months, the casing of my watch detached in some places and other spots became coarse. Wrote them about it. They suggested I’d have them replace the case for 39€. What?? Two year warranty, barely 10 months in. It is not a battery, strap or glass issue (which is not covered by their warranty) yet they don’t want to do anything about an obvious defect which was not caused by me but by the materials used for the casing.
First and last Ice-Watch for me. They’re cheap but sadly enough rubbish. And so is their client service. Addition: company will not refund or fix the issue which was caused simply by wearing it thus 100% an Ice-Watch issue. They do not reply to my question “what is your reasoning behind your decision”. They don’t reply coz they know they are wrong. BTW, they do not answer my questions but they did contact Trustpilot to request my personal details. Absolute rubbish company.I posted all this coz I want others to know about this company’s abysmal behaviour and I will not leave it at this because rules are rules.

Kids watch broke within 2 days, customer service sent one email with response how to troubleshoot. Then they offered an exchange but never sent and ignored every email and request via their website since. Fraud!!! Avoid their company and products. Kids ice junior very poor cheap quality

I made the order and paid $15 for shipping. Little did I know that I was going to be charged +$50 when I got the watch delivered by UPS. I contacted customer service but they never got back to me. I'm extremely disappointed.

I love ICE watches. I have always worn one. They are great for durability and reliability. My watches last for years before having to get a new one. My only regret is there are not many of the style I wear so eventually I will have to change style but apart from that they are fantastic watches.

Lovely products, absolutely what I was after. Wide choice. Easy ordering & quick delivery. Only unpleasant surprise were the additional taxes owed as we're no longer in the EU.

I ordered a replacement charger for kids smart watch 2.0 as my son had lost the origional charger.
