I recently purchased the ION Pro…

I recently purchased the ION Pro Hydrogen bottle after doing tons of research. The ION was rated highly above most of the other Hydrogen bottles on the market, plus the Pro version was a GLASS bottle which was very important to me.

I got my Ion Pro a few days ago and it was exactly what I wanted.

However; when I went to use it for the first time I was completely confused on what I should do or not regarding first time use.

I reached out to the company via email and within three hours I received an email with step by step instructions.

I think most people would have understood what to do from the manual that comes with the ION but being older I was just confused.

What impressed me the most was how quickly the company responded and the detailed instructions they provided to me . In addition ION is planning on updating their videos with more details on first time usage.

I have been using the ION for approximately 24+ hours and the water tastes great!!!!!!

I highly recommend the ION Pro and the company. Customer service seems to be lacking today but not with ION bottles.

I am highly satisfied with my Atom Ion…

I am highly satisfied with my Atom Ion Bottle, a Christmas gift from my husband, which I use multiple times daily. Since using the hydrogen bottle, I have experienced a significant reduction in inflammation and pain in my back and knees.

I encountered a minor issue with my bottle, but customer service was excellent and resolved the problem quickly.

I am extremely satisfied with the company and wholeheartedly recommend its products.

I purchased the lifetime warranty for…

I purchased the lifetime warranty for my ion bottle, Just incase in ever broke. I dropped it and it shattered. It was a very easy and seamless process. They responded to me within a couple of hours, and shipped my replacement bottle right away. Great customer service! If you ever question If you should buy the lifetime warranty, you should. These things are glass and even with the cover sleeve, you don't want to be out all that money and no replacement. I support ion bottles 1000%!!!

Great customer service

Well, my bottle wasn’t working and they contacted me right away when I sent the email and gave me directions and within no time my bottle was working. They followed up, followed through were very available. What the problem was with mine was that I didn’t have the plug plugged directly into the wall outlet.

What a wonderful customer service team experience!!! …

It seemed there was more than one person responding so it was a team customer service experience for me! I always received prompt responses as I seriously couldn’t figure out why my brand new quite expensive water hydrogen creating water bottles wouldn’t charge?!! They asked excellent questions to troubleshoot and the back and forth was through. Finally my son came and showed me I just needed to push the charging cord in the base a tad harder to click in for it to light up and charge!!! Such an easy but apparently hard thing for me to figure out! I just was being too delicate with the bottle bc they are so pricey. I was able to enjoy my 2nd bottle of hydrogenated water so it was all worth the wait as I savored each drink!!! I am excited to report back any positive improvements in my son, myself, and another person that would like to use it to your company. Thank you again for being willing to help troubleshoot with me and for being willing to return them if i still couldn’t have gotten them to charge!

Disappointed – Strong Plastic Smell & Quality Concerns

I was really looking forward to using this hydrogen water bottle from IonBottles, but unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed. For the price, I expected a well-made, high-quality product, but what I received left me with more frustration than satisfaction.

The biggest issue is the smell. The plastic lid and rubber seals have a strong, unpleasant plastic odor that lingers in the water. I have boiled, sterilized, and washed the bottle multiple times, but the smell won’t go away. Drinking water from it is uncomfortable.

Another unexpected issue is the printing quality. I ordered two bottles, and both had the “max water level” marking already partially erased right out of the box. Some of the print had even transferred onto the packaging! It feels like they printed it and immediately threw it into the box without waiting for it to dry. This makes me question the overall manufacturing process.

The charging port cover was also disappointing. On a brand-new product, the rubber seal covering the port was already sitting unevenly and felt slightly loose, as if the bottle had already been used. This is not something I would expect from a new, premium-priced item.

I really wanted to love this bottle, but these details are hard to overlook, especially given the price. I have purchased more affordable items that were made with better attention to detail. I hope IonBottles improves their quality control because customers deserve a truly high-quality product at this price point.

Ordered a bottle and learned that their 60 day refund policy ISN'T.

I ordered a bottle mid-february and quickly thereafter learned that their product may integrate materials from Dupont in the membrane. I absolutely do not want ANYTHING from Dupont in my home anymore and have gone through pains to remove it so I emailed and asked about membrane products but wasn't offered proof that it wasn't a Dupont product, so once the item arrived, I emailed for return instructions.

I did not even open the package; simply printed the return label and took it to the post office.

I emailed customer service the tracking number and waited for my refund. It's been 8 days since proof of return to their company and all I'm getting from customer service is the classic 'run around' - "I'll have my team 'look into it and get back to you.'" At this point it's become clear I will have to dispute the charges with my cc company. Needlessly time consuming and aggravating.

This is for returning a bottle that wasn't even brought out of the SHIPPING PACKAGING YET so I cannot IMAGINE what one would have to go through to get their promised refund if the bottle was actually opened, used and not found satisfactory.

I will NEVER recommend this company based solely on the disappointing & confusing customer service (lack thereof) experience with them and if you have ANY doubts at all about whether you'll like their products or not, think twice about placing an order bc these bottles are not inexpensive.

Amazing product!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. I absolutely love my ion bottle! I feel a definite difference in my health after using this. I initially watched an interview on Joe Rogan where he was interviewing Kid Rock and Kid had mentioned that he drank hydrogen water which is what lead me down this path. Previous to that, I had not heard of hydrogen water. After a lot of research I was amazed at the health benefits. I chose Ionbottles as I believe them to be the best after scouring the market. They are a great company with excellent customer service. My family now uses these as well as co-workers of mine. Definitely recommend.

Amazing support

I had a problem with my ion bottle because of my fault. I was ready to throw it away and buy a new one. I decided to give the last chance to the ion bottle and contacted support for help. I got a reply very fast with clear and informative instructions on recovering the dead ion bottle. It worked—it worked from the first try. While I think your products are great

While I think your products are great, the customer service is less than desirable. My son sent me the Pro bottle for a gift. It arrived without the protective sleeve. The bottle tipped over on my counter and broke. The emails back and forth were frustrating. Two people got involved and one person had no idea what was already being handled. I asked for a glass replacement and the company sent me a Atom bottle. Which, really was more costly than replacing a glass bottle.
