Poor customer service - don't buy defective products from them
pocket hose - which spilt in middle - leaks every where and can't be used - emailed deal society and no response - except they are reviewing - no follow up
Deal society showing no effort to review or resolve - just a 1 line email to say they are reviewing - sent follow up - no response

I do see that our representative communicated with you regarding this issue. Per our return/replacement policy, we cover purchases for 30 days after receipt, I see your order was from June, 2025. Unfortunately that would fall outside of our return and replacement window. I understand your frustration, but any warranty issues outside of that time would need to be directed to the manufacturer.

I placed a small order to see how it went and all the things went the way they were supposed to, so I felt fine placing another larger order.
