A warm welcome the beginning from the receptionist to the end saying goodbye after committing to my 12 month Invisalign plan! These practitioners were helpful and understanding. I felt comfortable and very well looked after ! :)

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish with the Invisalign team. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and informative, and they really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

The treatment coordinator and dentist both took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions and make sure I felt confident moving forward with my treatment plan. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point.

What stood out to me most was how friendly and genuine the team were. They were also really kind and engaging with my son, which made the experience even more comfortable for me as a mum.

​The service at this practice started out great but has completely deteriorated. Throughout my Invisalign treatment, I had to constantly chase them just to get appointments booked correctly. Now that treatment is "finished," it has been a total nightmare.
​I paid for my clear retainers, but they were sent to the wrong branch on the other side of town. I requested a transfer to Acton, and nearly a month later, I am still waiting. The attitude from the team has been entirely dismissive and uncaring. When you spend this much money on your teeth, you expect a basic level of competence and customer service.

Brilliant service provided especially from Mandy’s Rahman provided a good insight on my whole treatment and the potential outcomes making me confident in proceeding my treatment with this company and Dr Gemma’s professionalism further increased my confidence in this treatment plan

At my first appointment, I had an X-ray and was advised that the Lite package was recommended for me. I was encouraged to sign a waiver to bypass the 2-week cooling-off period so that treatment could begin as soon as possible. I agreed, signed the waiver, and took out the 0% finance option.
Shortly afterwards, I received a message asking me to come in to start treatment. However, when I arrived, I had another X-ray and was informed that treatment could not begin due to inflammation in my gums. Questionable!
Fast forward over two months and three appointments later — including multiple X-rays — no treatment plan had actually started. I was then informed that a large periapical cyst had been identified. Despite this, I was told they could alter the treatment plan so that the tooth with the cyst would not be moved during orthodontic treatment.
I made it very clear that I was not willing to proceed with this revised plan, as addressing the cyst was far more important than straightening my teeth. After a lengthy discussion in which I repeatedly told two members of staff “no,” my treatment was finally cancelled.
I was assured that the two payments already taken would be refunded and that the finance agreement would also be cancelled. Despite this, money is still being requested from my account, which is now negatively affecting my credit score.
From start to finish, this company has caused serious concern. To make matters worse, I later received the following statement from them:
“We are very sorry to see you go; however, following your assessment, a large periapical cyst was identified, and unfortunately this means we are unable to proceed with orthodontic treatment at this stage. Your oral health and safety must always come first, and it is important that this is appropriately managed before any orthodontic treatment can be considered.”
This directly contradicts what I was told in person, as they initially wanted to continue treatment around the affected tooth. I refused.

Very friendly staff with a low cost that produces highly satisfactory results

First I would like to give a big thank you to Dr Aliyah. Who helped me start my journey. She was so warm yet professional and made me feel comfortable especially as I was so paranoid from past experiences. Also, thank you Dr Ramen, he was great as well. They both were so informative and took their time with letting me know everything I needed to know and more.

Everything went smooth and easy!

Started my "Invisalign" journey with the clinic in Bow today.
From my first contact with Josh on Friday the booking process was easy and informative. I found myself in their lovely clinic in Bow on Sunday morning.
My coordinator Amelia is lovely and very helpful.
All the staff were great, the X-rays and scans taken quickly and easily. The dentist who reviewed my case was honest about what I could expect and they show you your finished smile will look like
I had braces about 50 years ago and this is so much easier.
I've been wanting to do this for ages and I'm so excited to give this to myself as a 60th birthday present from me to me.
