Jamie was very friendly and informative, I didn’t feel under pressure to commit to anything and if the treatment isn’t right for me there is no obligation to pay for anything!
Jamie answered all my questions to the best that he could without actually seeing me face to face.

I’ve rounded it up to 3 for now. I’ll update my review in a few months once I’ve had a clearer experience of the full treatment.

So far, the communication has been quite poor. Every time I think I’m getting closer to starting my Invisalign journey, another requirement comes up “come in for another X-ray,” “book a hygiene appointment.” I have absolutely no issue with either of those things, but I do have an issue with only finding out about them at the last minute. If they’d explained the full treatment process during my initial consultation, I could’ve planned to get everything sorted in advance rather than having to book it in last minute and rush around.

At my initial consultation, there was no mention that I’d need another X-ray or a hygiene appointment before progressing with Invisalign. They were happy to take payment and begin the process, but from that point onwards I’ve had to chase to get updates and find out what happens next.

I’m hoping the rest of the treatment goes more smoothly and if it does / doesn’t then I will update my review.

I came in feeling slightly nervous, but the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. I was given plenty of time to explain everything I wasn’t happy with about my smile, as well as what I hoped to achieve with Invisalign. Gizem was absolutely fantastic!! She listened carefully, asked questions to fully understand my concerns and made it easy for me to explain exactly what I wanted to change. She explained the whole process clearly and made sure I understood every step and what I could realistically expect.

Not transparent about the likelihood of invisible braces working long term. In the mornings after wearing the retainer overnight my teeth are almost always straight, but by midday each day they have shifted badly again. This is over a year after completing treatment with you. Otherwise, initial staff were nice when starting treatment - although it was not helpful to see a different dentist each time afterwards. Thank you!

Consultation was thorough, took me through everything I needed to know and got me booked in right away!
Connection wasn't great and lost a few times on the call, but always had a call back straight away :)

Scam! I told you a week in advance I didn’t want my consultation but you wouldn’t refund my deposit unless I attended, even though I’ve been told by another dentist Invisalign won’t work for me. All you want is peoples money. Disgusting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I never received a refund. And was not told prior to paying the deposit that I had to attend. I was just told if I decide not to go ahead I would get a refund which was a lie.
In a time where people are struggling to make ends meet this is disgusting!

I went for my first visit and I have never been so happy I made a right decision.
The quote was way cheaper than what other clinics gave me. The professionalism is top notch.

I just had a FaceTime consultation with Josh, and it was such a great experience. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel really comfortable and informed. He also helped me find the closest clinic to me making the whole process so much easier. I really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and support throughout the consultation. I would definitely recommend speaking with Josh if you’re looking for helpful and genuine guidance.

Although I haven’t started my Invisalign treatment yet, I left feeling confident and well informed. The whole team was welcoming and made me feel at ease.
