Good customer service
Good customer service. Very helpful. I find the web page layout a bit confusing.

All went well with sign up and…
All went well with sign up and depositing funds.
Site navigation takes a little time and would love some form of app but I knew that going in.
Keep up the good work.
Nice platform with low funds
Nice platform with low funds. This WILL be the best platform if the UI is improved.
Highly Recommended
Prompt, efficient, reliable. Highly recommend these professionals.
The portal is very user unfriendly!
I find the website very uncomfortable…
I find the website very uncomfortable to navigate, very old fashioned.
I would appreciate a more comprehensive quick view of the funds, regarding past and current performance, short review of what its invested in, instead of having to down load the whole brochure.
Performance of my portfolio at a glance and so on.
hate to say it... but maybe take some inspiration from Sharsies approach.

Investing - A frustrating exercise under AML
The anti money laundering legislation has made investing an almost impossible exercise. Total frustration abounds, but once the marathon has been run I am hopeful things will settle down and I am able to enjoy a fruitful association with InvestNow.
Great after you get the hang of it, could use some tweaks
I'd give more of a 3.5 stars if I could because this platform does a great job at collating all your different investment options, however, it can be a little difficult to navigate for a new user. Adding funds takes longer than expected and there was no indication of how long it would take for the fund to show in your account - which can be stressful if you've deposited a large amount. The overall navigation isn't terrible but I had to click on a few tabs before eventually finding the right place. Now that I'm set up however, I am starting to find it easier and clearer to manage my investments. Perhaps a clearer info page for navigating the platform and about investing in general would be handy for newcomers.
Very easy to sign up
Very easy to sign up. The only thing is that my home address has a / and the system didn't recognize it so I had to do the manual process to verify my identity. It took less than 24hours so I am still very happy about the overall process. Thanks!
Very easy to get started investing
I signed up recently for an account for my wife and I, and another for my children. InvestNow has an easy sign up process, fast and helpful responses from staff helping me with my queries, and the ability to regularly invest small amounts. The tech looks good, and my deposits seem to be recognised overnight ready for investing the next day. I have been impressed so far.
Being exposed for the first time to online investing and having trust in the investment platform.
Being exposed for the first time to investing online was a new and quite anxious experience. The web page was clear and concise and easy to follow the numerous instructions which made the actual setting up through my computer very easy. The fact that all the steps are easy to understand make the action of depositing and then investing your money a simple exercise.
I was recommended to use the Investnow platform by a friend and can say that the experience and level of trust was first class and I now look forward to the respective funds giving me a return that equals my expectations.
Missing some key data views.
Missing some key data views.
it's not easy (and sometimes not possible) to see the views that as an investor, you want to see. For example, I can't see at what price I bought certain ETFs. And if I buy every month, I can't see, per ETF, the price I bought at each month. I can't see the profit or loss I have made on every trade until I sell. I should be able to see that right now. And the lag between orders being sent, executed and processed is significant (in my experience 3-4 days) and the information available during that time is scant. It's better than other NZ investing apps/sites, and it is free so one shouldn't complain too much, but it's a long way away from the best of breed in this regard.

So far
So far, InvestNow web site has worked great and the customer service has been responsive and helpful.
My only problems are around seeing unit prices. When I do a trade, I can't find the unit price that will be applied. Also I only seem to be able to see monthly unit prices but it would be great if I could download daily unit prices.
Smooth process so far
It was very easy. Good responses from help team when I had questions.
I've come to InvestNow after some time…
I've come to InvestNow after some time in Sharesies. Like your fee structure, but the user interface lacks intuitiveness. I'll perservere with both, but visually your opposition has the upper hand, and with stock selection.

For us, so far, this is the best investment platform due to the amount of products you can choose plus ZERO additional fees on top! The site itself needs some improvement to be more intuitive and user-friendly though. Further, transferring funds to your Transaction Account and processing orders can take a while. Would be nice if there will be a user-friendly mobile app. Nevertheless, it’s one of the best!
It's great service
It's great service. I would've liked more help with investing, maybe giving recommendations or providing an optional tour of the website.
