As promised I’m writing to let you know that I have received both the Sounddock parts you have returned to me.
I’ve put my Sounddock back together and all is well.
I’ve installed the new Bluetooth adapter
(I was very happy to see it already built and put together! as the video was worrying me, especially as I had the old tower/Ariel adapter “so thanks for that” Phew!!)

Anyway, as you’d promised my Doundock sound greater than ever before and has a new lease of life.
I’m so glad I made the decision to repair.
I’m a very happy chappie!!

Invebo is everthing a ‘do it yourselfer’ could ask for.

Invebo is everthing a ‘do it yourselfer’ like me appreciates for instructions as well as the follow up for repairs and updates. My Bose SoundDock 10 had failed, but I could not determine what the malfunction was until I viewed the Invebo video. What a godsend…
In no time at all, I had the part in hand and shipped to Invebo per their instructions. With in two weeks, I had the part repaired and back in hand. To re-install the power unit I just rewatched the disassembly video and it all came together perfectly. I appreciate the information on an upgrade to a Bluetooth connector which I will be ordering shortly. Thank you so much for the information you put out so that we can continue to use our Bose SoundDock 10 speaker system. You folks are just GREAT!!!

Perfect Experience; 1000% Satisfied

I was so bummed when my Bose Sound Dock Portable stopped working. I did a lot of research with Google and (unlike others) Invebo's website made it easy to determine what part I needed and made me feel confident if would be the right part. I decided to take a chance on ordering a part from an overseas company. I received the part in 7 working days, it was exactly what I needed and easy to install. Everything Invebo said on their website was totally accurate. I am now listening to music through my Bose again. Thank you. I have only high praise for your company. It was easy to find the correct part for what I needed, and it was simple to order with you.

Absolutely GREAT! Highly reccommend!!

I just want to say that it was such a relief to find someone that can fix the Bose Sound Dock system. Bose stopped doing it, and when I found Invebo I was thrilled! They were very helpful explaining the process (via video). The only thing I would like to suggest, is that when we receive the email that the part is on it's way back to the customer, fixed, that they attach the expected video to re-install each part - that would be better that trying to find the exact one. Other than that one request, I was very pleased to have found a company that does very good work- and HONEST in diagnosing a part saying it 'didn't' need anything and give it back saying it was still okay to use- that's HUGE!!! It's hard to find that. The company was very helpful in stating the status of receiving, fixing and sending back the item(s). Thank You again for giving me back a 'fixed' part to enjoy the universal language: MUSIC!
