Neither a star is worth it, I purchased some fragrances, cheap, that’s true, but as they say on their website that you can save up to 90%, everything made sense.
I bought the products Tuesday ( I leave 30 minutes away from the deposit), to send them as gifts Saturday. Everything was fine, I have got an email confirm with an order number, til Wednesday noon when I get an email that they are sorry but they had some issues with the website and those where not the correct prices and the order is cancelled. Wednesday noon, I couldn’t order anymore from net because was late to get the products in time, so I was constrained to go pregnant, 4 days before the due date, to search gifts in the shops, get them to a higher price, and of course walk to get them. Was not funny at all. I am extremely disappointed, I will never buy from them. Of course the website worked instead to activate the membership, that now I deactivated, and I hope they won’t deduct money, as many reviews describes.

I ordered a deodorant from Klubklub.dk, and at the time of purchase, there were no additional charges besides the product price. However, I later discovered that I had been automatically enrolled in a "membership" with the first month being free. Because of this, I didn’t notice anything unusual when I paid for my order.

Starting from the second month, 89 DKK was deducted from my account every month without my clear understanding or consent. I never received any emails or notifications about these recurring charges, so I only noticed them after several months.

As soon as I realized this, I canceled the subscription. I was disappointed that this information was not clearly communicated during my purchase.

I recommend carefully reading all terms and conditions before ordering from this website to avoid unexpected charges.

Fake "normal" prices on items so they make you buy membership. Example: Wella Koleston Deep Browns 4/75 original price 188dkk a box? In which planet? Most expensive price found for this item is 99dkk

You have taken money from my account for the last 3 months with out my permission. I have emailed & called but you have yet to replied and you have blocked my number.this is a scam!!!

Don't buy anything from this shop. It's a cheating Company. They took 89kr every month from my Bank without letting me know. I called them, and they said it's a membership fee. I never signed a membership agreement for 89kr per month.

If you take 89kr every month for membership, why don't you send an email about the subscription every month? It means that they want to take this money silently. Moreover, I never get any email about this subscription. I just registered myself with my name, email and password to create the account to buy some products.
