On the pricey side
I’m in the US, so I think that may affect my experience. When I was trying to place the order for the shoes, I couldn’t find the difference between the widths on the site so I had to email. The reply didn’t come in time so I ended up ordering the wrong size and now I have to send it back for an exchange. Shipping to and from the US is very expensive and I ended up spending almost double the price of the shoes with the back and forth.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Had a quick look into this and looks like we got back to you within a working day and unfortunately you placed the order straight away. Sadly you're correct and that US to UK (and vice versa) shipping isn't so cheap and unfortunately as a small business we can't offer free returns even though we wish we could.
There is a store locator on our website (link below) and perhaps it makes sense to see which might be most local to you? If not so local, get in touch as they will be happy to order shoes in for you - and it won't cost as much should you have to return them (subject to their T&C's of course)

Thanks for your review. Whilst we appreciate everyone wants their shoes as soon as possible, we need the time to carefully craft them together! We give timeframes at the time of order and in your case of made to order shoes - the lead time was 5-10 working days and they were sent out on day 8. We wish we could be even faster of course but there's a lot of love and care that goes into our shoes (+ thankfully, a great amount of demand that means we always have a bit of a queue going through our factory here in Milton Keynes!).

Bought my first pair of ballroom shoes…
Bought my first pair of ballroom shoes at Blackpool in the May festival. The staff were excellent and knew the answer to all my questions and suggested to try other styles to see which was best — I have a bunion!!!
So pleased that I have found dance shoes that are comfortable and fit well!
Have since bought 2 more pairs to beat the price increase!!!!
