Staff were unresponsive and order tracking was pointless .
Flowers were ordered for next day delivery, it took 4 days for them to inform me that my order cannot be completed as its out of stock. Missed my the special occasion date due to staff and service incompetence
Great experience year after year. The flowers are beautiful and the communication is excellent if they need to raise an issue. Delivery is on time and well arranged, even if in the middle of nowhere (Senoji Varena). I saw other reviews complaining about handwritten cards, but for me that's an extra point that adds more heart to the experience. 10/10 - have used Interflora for years and will use for many more.
Arrived same day on time, it was a beautiful arrangment definatly worth the money, the reciever was moved to tears out of happiness
Bought flowers for my mums birthday and was shocked when I saw the picture of bouquet delivered. Absolutely nothing in common with website photos. Even worse was a handwriting on the card. My 8 year old son would’ve done a better job. Paid for all this humiliation €70. Avoid at any costs!!!

Contacted the company directly and got reply-that the bouquet delivered to my friend looks different from what they are delivered, so most likely it was delivered by aliens.
