Same thing happened to me as one of the other reviews, placed a Mother’s Day flower order in week in advance and it was cancelled on the day! Iv never been so heartbroken that my mother didn’t revive her flowers on her day! I will never never use them again! They was nearly just a sorry no compensation at all! Think they didn’t care at all! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

the worst client experience ever, wasted 4 hours of my time today. the system input the wrong time despite me clicking to deliver for today. After tracking the order as it still not arrived, i called only to be directed to ai, which in turns directed me to a call centre where they speak broken language somewhere in africa, and they assured me they contacted the store to arrange delivery for today, but it turns out they gave me the wrong info again - as i called the store directly to check! after many back and forths, the customer service says they cannot contact the florist and cannot do anything. i am trying to cancel, but they are not even allowing me to communicate, not picking up any calls. really wish this site is shut down by authorities. this should be illegal. waste of time and money. avoid at all cost.

If I could give interflora no stars I would.i placed a order for some flowers for Mother’s Day.They took the money off my card straight away to get a message the next day saying order has been cancelled as florist who delivers to that area has reached full capacity as a loyal customer of interflora I will never use them again as now my mum has nothing for Mother’s Day as over a 2 hour drive.
Shocked and saddened...
Shocked and saddened by what has happened to this venerable company, on which one relies for those most CRUCIAL of personal and loving gestures: sending flowers to a loved on on a special day. I have used Interflora for 40 years, but never again.
I ordered a bunch of roses and bottle of wine for a friend in Houston, TX, from Los Angeles, CA. Surprised to see the whole transaction going through India (?!). Order #17727829.
No word from my recipient on the big birthday - out of character, and I started to worry... But you know how it is with these special things - hated to 'ask'. Then, TWO DAYS later, to my dismay, I receive an email saying no alcohol can be delivered without contacting the recipient. Ok, I write back, fine - that's the law - just forget the wine and deliver the flowers!!! Two days late.
I then get a call from India from someone who speaks no English and whom I cannot understand. The supervisor then comes on the line to ask for recipient details already provided, and start from scratch. Two days too late.
Why did all this not happen in advance of, or on, the day of, delivery? The agent apologises, but the apology is of nouse - the birthday is done and, and I will have been presumed to miss it.
It's like everything else these days: no one TAKES A PRIDE in getting a job done right. "Any old thing'll do" -all so SLOPPY. And in this case, Interfora should know its own business, as it used to: that we are dealing with apparently small but hugely important gestures of love and friendship here - as the company's own (misleading) commercials promise - with parents, family, relatives, spouses, and beloved ones.
But like so many other formerly excellent companies, even Interflora doesn't understand its own emotionally delicate business any more. Even they are as mediocre and inept as the rest.
"We're two days late!" I protested to the agent. "No, no", he kept saying. But, to my mortification, Yes, Yes,.

Warning for everyone, I don't think you should consider ever using Interflora. Cause in 2016 they helped in a cover up, as mentioned in the Epstein Files.
I would not recommend this place - rip off
I just ordered a Premium flower arrangement from this place and paid $150. This has just arrived and although its nice, it was ridiculously small! This is the standard size for what other florists charge between $50-$100 yet I paid $165 including delivery for something that would have costed $65 at the local supermarket. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend this company and their ridiculous pricing for their sizings.

I feel compelled to leave this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment.
My husband, bless him, regularly buys flowers from Interflora at Faircross. He does so with love and good intentions, trusting that he is purchasing from specialists who will provide fresh, long-lasting bouquets. Unfortunately, time and again, the flowers he brings home are already fully bloomed and clearly near the end of their lifespan.
What I find particularly upsetting is that when I buy flowers myself from a local supermarket, they last significantly longer and look far fresher. It’s difficult to understand how flowers from a specialist florist can perform worse than those from a supermarket.
Today was especially disappointing. My husband bought a bouquet for our daughter, spending his hard-earned money, only for it to look as though it is already on its way out. When flowers are completely open at the point of sale, it’s obvious they won’t last long. That simply isn’t acceptable given the price customers pay.
It’s such a shame, because customers place trust in you for quality and expertise. I would never tell my husband not to shop there — I don’t want him to feel unappreciated for such thoughtful gestures. But I do feel it’s important to say this directly:
Please treat your customers’ money with the value and respect it deserves. Uphold the integrity expected of a specialist florist. Don’t take loyal customers for granted.
I truly hope this feedback is taken on board and improvements are made.
Charge for roses and send cheaper flowers
Awful. Late delivery and substituted roses for cheaper flowers. Didn’t even match the colours. Absolute rip off.
Terrible customer service
I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers & chocolates for my mums birthday on 23 December. Order went through & Interflora took my money, only to be contacted the next morning by them to tell me that they couldn’t fulfill my order & not only that it would take 7-10 working days to get my money back!! This is almost £50!! So now I’ve ordered with Bloom & Wild to ensure my mum gets flowers on her birthday. But I will have to wait till almost the new year or even the new year itself to get my money back!! Plus the icing on the cake is Interflora sent me an email “confirming cancellation following my request”!!

I was let down
I was let down, as after accepting my order, they cancelled it as there was not a florist available. I had just one day to sort out another birthday gift. Fortunately, Prestige Flowers could help me out!

I ordered a bouquet of roses from Riga (Latvia) to Spain with Interflora for a special delivery on 23 November. The flowers were never delivered. The courier called the recipient, heard that she does not speak Spanish and simply made no further effort to deliver. Later, when a Spanish‑speaking person tried to call him to arrange the delivery, he did not answer because he was “having lunch”. When we, as customers, wrote to him politely in Spanish (using a translator), he replied that we were disturbing his rest after lunch.
Interflora did not contact me the next day, did not apologise and did not explain anything. Only after my written complaint was ignored for several days did I receive a refund – without a single word of apology for ruining an important occasion. A refund does not fix a missed, once‑in‑a‑year moment.
This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, customer care and basic respect. I cannot recommend Interflora and strongly advise others to choose a different, more reliable flower delivery service.
Unacceptable Communication and Delivery Issues
I had to receive an order of a bouquet on Monday, but unfortunately, no one was home to accept it. I wrote emails, reached out on Instagram, and tried calling, but received no response. Until today, Thursday—so from Monday to Thursday—I still haven’t gotten any reply, and I haven’t received the bouquet either, even though it’s all paid for. I am disappointed with the service.

I ordered flowers for my elderly Aunt in USA who had recently had a major operation. The flowers never arrived and repeated attempts to find out why proved fruitless. Very disappointing would never recommend using , I ended up reordering through another company. I should have received compensation for this as I've paid for it.i have contacted my credit card company to chase this up.
If you need a reputable florist company, I ended up using E Florist.
Don't purchase
Ordered a box of flowers which showed the quality and quantity on what to expect. Although not expecting it to be entirely exact but I was horrified when there were only two stems ,an ornamental cabbage,few sprigs that . Definitely short changed. If local florists can't supply a decent array then they should not take the order. The on line photo shows more abundance and the delivery florists should be named and shamed. This was for a friend and I was ashamed they were from me. AVOID. I took it up with Interflora and showed them the photo but they were happy with what I got. Unbelievable and cheated out of what I was charged

I travel for work, so I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my other half's birthday, sent to her parents house as she's spending her birthday with them! (which was today) . I recieve a call on today telling me that they didn't have enough flowers to make the bouquet. They didn't offer an alternative bouquet, they only offered to make the bouquet up tomorrow and send it then...when she won't be there!
To leave it this last minute is ridiculous, there was no time for me to make other arrangements and now my other half doesn't get what should have been a nice surprise on her birthday. Will not be using interflora again and certainly can't recommend them!
Lack of Roses
I was unable to use the website at first. A very nice lady politely assisted me. Good customer service.
I chose a bouquet for my friend which was mainly filled with roses.
She has just received it and sent me a photo. There are two average size roses, the remainder is filled up with cheap flowers.
I am very disappointed and embarrassed that my friend will think me mean.

I ordered expensive bouquet for a really special occasion .
The bouquet was not delivered till the latest possible time and thru tracking our order it said it was on the way from 9am in the morning . Basically it was in the delivery car ALLDAY IN SCORCHING WEATHER .
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL . They phoned & Asked the recipients partner how it was and obv they never want to say how bad it was in fear of offending the sender . So basically that’s their cop out . Rather than accept that their service is the worst ever we have had . Don’t waste ur money
