Outstanding service received from start to finish I can say it has made a huge difference and I can feel the house gets warm a lot quicker now!

We are honestly so grateful that we stumbled upon Insulating Homes. From the initial assessment until the end result, they have been so incredibly helpful and kind. As new home owners they provided us with valuable advice and tips and made sure to explain everything along the way. Our home has gone from a freezing cold fridge to a sauna! We love it! We have now recommended them to our parents and cousins homes. Our whole family will be getting their homes insulated with Insulating Homes.

I am very pleased with the excellent work carried out by Insulating Homes Ltd. They insulated my loft with thick cladding and even removed my loft boards replacing them on top of the insulation. They fitted vents on my windows and an extractor fan in my bathroom. All adhering to Government Standards.

Recently had completed a loft insulation and new extractor fan fitted in the kitchen as well as some window vents as part of the government grant and I couldn’t recommend enough! I was originally contacted by Samantha who arranged for an initial survey and the gentleman who arrived was very thorough and clear on what needed to be done. Within a few days of that I was contacted to get booked in. On the day Sunny came to do the work and was super polite (calling me before he was due to arrive and on time) and worked efficiently and quickly. He even worked around my 1 year olds nap schedule! I was incredibly pleased with the results. Samantha’s communication was fab throughout. Thank you so much to the team for getting this done so quickly and before Christmas and the cold sets in. Appreciate it!

Insulating Homes has been a Godsend for us. They really helped us when we really needed help with our insulation in our home. They are very polite and informative. The service that they offered was fantastic. They did a great job.

From start to finish a brilliant and flawless service with great communications. Surveyor sent round first to evaluate the home on Saturday which was quick and engineer booked Monday after for when I was off work. Sonny was polite, professional and overall fantastic. Got straight to work on the loft insulation, then fitting trickle vents on windows and finishing with installing extractor fans in both the kitchen and bathroom. The house is staying much warmer now without constantly calling the boiler for heating and humidity is much better for an old solid wall home. Had a great experience with Insulating Homes ltd and would highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional staff, very happy with all the work done - trickle vents on windows, extractor fans in kitchen & bathroom, and a proper layer of loft insulation! Admin staff great, Surveyor came on 8 Nov, he was excellent, taking notes and pics of areas to be worked on, always ready to answer my questions. Workman then Booked for following Thursday (14th), he arrived promptly and was extremely professional, worked very hard and got the set of improvements done in around 5 hours. All round terrific service. Many many thanks!

Having been contacted by this company I agreed to having a loft survey done. Booked sat 9th Nov between 09:00-13:00.The surveyor turned up after 14:00 and explained there was a misunderstanding about the appointed time. The survey was carried out by a very nice guy who explained everything he was doing. Lots of photos taken and inspection of loft and windows. I received a follow up call on Monday 11th Nov telling me that we qualify for free loft insulation and trickle vents in windows. The works are now booked for Sat 16th Nov. Now looking forward to see if the installation is as good as the service we have received so far. Very happy customer

Absolutely brilliant experience. The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone was always helpful and thoughtful while the young man who carried out the work was a total joy. He worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself. Left everywhere spotless and was kind and very caring. I would recommend Insulating Homes to everyone.

This service was very professional from start to finish. The survey was arranged very quickly and the installation was completed soon after. All works were explained on the day and any questions answered. There was minimum mess and all cleared before leaving. One very satisfied customer.

The process started with a free consultation. The technician came to my home and assessed the condition of my walls. He explained the benefits of cavity wall insulation and answered all my questions.
