Fraud company, they haven’t even delivered my order or refund me. One month after placing the order I contacted them about not received my order, they sent me an email saying that there is some technical issues about the order from their side and they do not know when they would be able to deliver the item. I asked for refund since they failed to deliver my order, they refused the full refund and offered 50% off on the order, I waited one more week, I never received the item or the refund yet. I think they are scammers. If I ever receive my product I will update

Horrible! Their products are crap. They give a generic email response. Their website says a 30 day moneyback guarantee. Absolutely false advertising! Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely terrible service and company. Scammed me out of £117. Ordered the tints over 5 months ago and still haven’t received them despite contacting them multiple times. They will not give me a refund either. DO NOT BUY

Terrible company. The tints aren’t even cut to fit your window despite saying 100% fit guaranteed when you give them your make and model. Not only that, then they ask me for proof that the tint doesn’t fit. Only to never reply again. I have reported them to the better business bureau and I hope they get sued for every single dollar they have stolen from their customers. Whoever is running this business is a shady person. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely dog shit of a scam/company. Order was pushed back due to "Damaged materials " 2 times. I asked for a FULL refund since it was taking so long and was told because the order is too far in the production phase a FULL refund can't be issued. They offered a 50% discount for the order already placed and said they would send the 80 bucks to the payment card. Never happened. Other reviews that did get the product are saying it's nothing like advertised, not cut to precise measurements, and won't last in hot ass weather. Stay away from instatint and any other company that is selling the same product

Horrible Experience. I am still waiting after month 1/2 and they say the same thing over and over again. After I see Other people’s reviews I am convinced I’ve made a mistake because if I ever get this, no doubt this will not fit and it will be a waste of time. Horrible Experience.

Supposed to be shipped 3-6 days 1 months later still not received tried to cancel order multiple times ignored says will get back to me never does. 30 warrenty expired and never seen product. Fraud do not buy you will lose your money

Terrible. I waited over 2 months for the product, which does not fit. When I contacted them for a return and refund, they ask for photos.
First of all, I am not peeling off all the panels to show you they do not fit, just to be told I already used them bc they are peeled off the film they come stuck to. The fact of the matter, is they do not fit my car and I want a refund. I don't need to prove anything. You sold it and I am allowed to return it! NO where does it say you cannot return the product. They do not even adhere to the window in anyway. Not what I expected.

This company has terrible customer service , it’s been 3 months no order from them , I was forced to email them and telling me, due to damage, three months later I was told . I asked for refund and I was declined. WTF 🤬.. Do not order from this scamist company..

Absolute joke of a company. Took 3 months to get to me, carrying case wasn't included when it got here even though it was supposed to be. The product also requires tape to stick to the car windows, something they don't show or share in their product videos. I had to argue MANY times though email to even simply get the order. Their customer service is trash, about a week or more in response time. They also refuse refunds after all garbage they put their customers though. There is NOTHING good about this company or it's product. They are nothing but a waste of time and money.

Scam ordered never got anything they never responded to any thing I messaged. No number to call. Do not buy from them

Ordered this past December. Have yet to receive my order. I got a response once confirming the sizes of my windows back in January via email. Now emailing for update or refund, and no response. Completely ghosted.

Terrible tints. Not what I ordered. Cant get ahold of the company no matter what you do. They don’t work when installed after fighting with them for of a hour. The reviews on the website or fake. Waste of money. If I could I’d give it negative starts. Don’t buy from them please

There's a lot to unpack here but let me just say that I am happy with the delivery. Unfortunately the communication wasn't the best. I sent them multiple emails and it took days for them to respond but by then I had already placed my order. Thankfully the tints fit my car and we didn't have any issues but I was afraid that they won't suit.

They shipped my order to the wrong address then wouldn't do anything about it. Took forever for them to contact me after I sent multiple emails.
Just a terrible company with extremely poor customer service

Ordered and never received. Waited 1 month. Email kicks back as undeliverable and messages sent via their website went unanswered.

I receiver my instatint damaged. I wrote them several times over 2 months with NO reply. I could not use them, so I ended up throwing them in trash. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SO CALL CAMPANY

They took my money and it’s been over 2months and I still have yet to receive my order. I have reached out multiple times thru email because I can’t find any other contact info for them and receive bs excuses and they say my order is processing and I will receive an email with tracking number. So I finally asked for a refund and still nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
