I ordered my insta tint April 9th and was super excited about this product. I knew it wouldn't be delivered next day but it's now going on 2 months and I continue to be told they had an issue with supplies and I'll be updated as soon as possible. I have requested a refund and to cancel my order with no success. I implore anyone that is considering this to stay away and just get your windows tinted professionally. This is one of those products that's too good to be true....it's currently June 11th as I'm writing this review and still haven't been given any updates on my order progression.

I’m not happy how I was lied to.
On the messages I specifically give them what kind of car I have and they give me 99$ price. I had appointment at 11am. Up on my arrival I find out that there is 10 more cars in front of me because there is first comes first serves !! So after 2 hours waiting I was told that it’s a truck and I’ll be charged 120$
I did not agree with it since on my messages said 99$. The man in the shop said that it’s automatic message send back with the price and he has nothing to do with???
He mention that he doesn’t really care about my negative reviews because he knows how to run business🤦‍♂️
So be aware of waiting and price. On the end I end up paying 230$ because of the tint they use and the size of my car. So if you think you be charge 99$ good luck

Ordered their product, but was sent the wrong size. I requested correct size or refund, but received no reply. Made four additional attempts to get help, but still no reply. Requested recommendation for a local installer for assistance, but no reply. Total garbage product, customer support, refund policy, and total scam. Beware.

I honestly dont expect my money back. But this company is definitely a scam. I cannot really fault anyone but myself as I dont usually puchase anything from just any site but I let my guard down this time. This is mainly for potential buyers that are thinking of buying product from this company. It has been almost two months with no communication, no response to my inquiry about my order. Please beware of this scam.

Never got my order took all my $130 and in 2 months still not even a tracking order

The website states that no adhesive is needed, but when the product arrives there is adhesive needed. Even after following the directions with the adhesive, they are still garbage and fall off. Their website also say hassle free returns if your not blown away which is also a lie. They do not accept returns or issues refunds. The company has a zero rating with the BBB because they are a scam.

Total scam, they take your money and just send auto- generated emails saying product is in production. They will not refund money. Have reported to my CC, Los Vagas police and BBB as scam.

Don't use this company

If I could give the company and the product 0 stars I would. It did not fit my sprinter van and they will not take it back. The company said I “used” it so would not return. I took once piece and tried it then tried to return. You have to use double sided tape to install which not only would you be able to see but it would collect dirt and anything else that gets close to it. This is total garbage! On top of that they keep emailing me although I have unsubscribed over a dozen times.

RIP OFF. Totally a scam, the commercials are extremely misleading. Even if you can get it aligned and attached to your window, the film is wavy and you can see the tape from the outside. Make sure you buy it with a good credit card so you can dispute the charge and get your money back when find out you've been scammed.

I ordered from insta tints and they had no problems taking my money immediately upon placing my order but since then I haven't received my order and when I contacted them they said they were having some issues with inventory and that I would receive my order within 2 weeks. It has now been a month and a half and still nothing! I just emailed again to tell them to cancel the order and to refund my money as well as telling them I am posting this negative review along with reporting them to the BBB and my credit card company for a reversal of my payment. This is not a good company and untrustworthy and shady . The BBB has them rated at an F and there's hundreds of negative reviews and complaints against insta tints . DO NOT buy from them and if you do , expect to have issues all the way around even to get a refund !! Stay away from this business!!

Absolutely awful company. They are a total scam. They refuse to refund me my money when I didn’t receive any tints after six weeks. Just spend the extra money at a shop and get it done.

Scam don’t do it I placed order early last month still nothing. Also have sent emails got no response back. SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!

I have been waiting for 60 days for the product ordered. I have not had any response for a refund. I get excuses after excuses for a "production" issue. I would not recommend this company for any orders.

Very disappointing experience with Instatints. I ordered their Instatints car window tint product, which turned out to be defective. When I contacted customer service, I was told they no longer honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee (even though that was advertised when I purchased) but that they would send me a replacement instead.
It’s now been over two months, and despite multiple follow-ups and empty promises, no replacement has ever arrived. Communication was slow and unhelpful throughout the process.
I eventually gave up and purchased tint from another company, which worked perfectly. I cannot recommend Instatints due to poor product quality, false promises, and unreliable customer service. Buyers beware.

Has been over a month since I ordered my product. I contacted them on two separate occasions and it was the same copy and paste on both occasions. I put a dispute in with my credit company and I’m currently waiting for my money back. I should’ve trusted what I read online.

This is a scam. Don’t buy as they’ll never ship you the product.

Upon reading all the derogatory things reviewers have said about this company, from personal experience, I can vouch that it’s deserved! They advertise 3-6 day priority shipping, for $9.99, when I inquire about an ETA, they gave the same copy and paste response of their being an issue with materials and it’ll take a few weeks to ship. They ignored my request to be refunded the $9.99 I paid for 3-6 day shipping. I then requested a full refund, and was told that’s not an option, despite them advertising full refunds if dissatisfied. This company has no integrity or credibility! If they deny your refund, dispute it with your bank. They should be sued for untrustworthy practices!

Product is scratchable garbage. Doesn't adhere to windows without tape, looks like trash. No refund or returns allowed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

All i can say is, Shame on you Instatint!! You take people's money and never provide products and deny refunds!! This company is one huge scam!!

Ordered in February but after further consideration I emailed to cancel the NEXT DAY. They informed me the order was in production and unable to cancel. Fast forward 2.5 months I threaten to dispute the charges. I finally recieve a product that is completely wrong but per the fine print the tint must be unopened and unused to get a refund. This company is the scam of all scams. Save your money and go to a tint shop.
