Honestly the whole process was super easy time went fast, I was anxiously waiting, but they are everything I was hoping for, they are not too big and do not look bulky, I was quite emotional to have a beautiful smile they match my bottom tooth color accurately. My front tooth is significantly twisted and wow you can't even tell, it's so well corrected. I only have one front tooth and one tooth either side missing the plate stays on well.
The moulding process was a little tricky, even though I followed the directions, you need to make sure you are imprinting your gum line which takes a bit of backwards pressure as well.
But don't despair, there is no need to stress because you can use each molding kit up to eight times and I managed it on my third go, with one whole molding plate spare. I did the spare anyway and sent both back as requested. The team at instasmile correspond regularly you'll just breeze through the whole process.

Veneers are the biggest disappointment
Veneers are the biggest disappointment. They do not fit. They shift and crowd my teeth. And they are a weird color. I tried to file a claim and they said it was past the time frame and my claim was void. I went through all the steps to file the claim sent the videos the pictures and everything. This is a huge scam and I'm so disappointed.

We do want to clarify that Instasmile is not a scam. We have clear Warranty Policies, requirements and product standards, all of which are available on our website and were also communicated to you directly.
Although your concern was initially reported within the 14-day warranty period, you were advised that the supporting evidence also needed to be submitted while the warranty was active. Unfortunately, the requested evidence was not received within that timeframe, so the warranty could no longer be assessed.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but the warranty requirements were clearly outlined and applied in accordance with our policy.
Nothing like veneers
What a joke! £200 for plastic teeth 😂 when I asked for a refund I got the run around, asking me to send pictures of me wearing them etc. although they also didn’t fit well and were bulky looking in my mouth, I was actually complaining about the overall quality of the product. Don’t be fooled into thinking these are anything at all like veneers, they are NOT. Don’t waste your money.

Hurt my teeth only have 7 days to report can't get thru to anyone on the phone , have sent evidence 3 times now and they keep.saying they can't see problem, not happy about my end product. Top are ok except sore and a bit curved ,bottom are awful look like domino's in my mouth ha, and they tell you that there to there standards there ment to make you feel more confident I ain't walking around with domino's in my mouth . To get upto it . Its OK for them.to say but surly the customer is right

It took way too long and too many tries…
It took way too long and too many tries to get my veneer done with instasmile. I gave up on getting both top and bottom veneers and it still took forever. The veneer is missing the two back teeth on both sides as well. I'm giving 2 stars since what was actually made looks good, besides the fact that it is missing two back teeth on each side.
When I used another company, I only had to do it once. For both top and bottom trays. And they fit great.

As each Instasmile is custom-made to your unique dental profile, we do need a clear and accurate impression before we can begin manufacturing. Our impression trays and materials are reusable, and we provide support throughout the process to help customers achieve an impression that can be used for their final product.
In terms of the back teeth, our designs typically do not extend beyond the first molar on either side. This is explained as part of the smile assessment before placing an order, as we carefully balance coverage with comfort and a natural-looking appearance.
We understand that it can feel frustrating when multiple attempts are needed, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us.
