Good customer service
Was easy to buy, updated well on delivery of mould kit and how to do it. The first pair didn't fit correctly but their customer service team quickly got me another mould sent out and recieved a 2nd set under free warranty which fit perfectly. Just getting used to them but have had comments how natural they look.

Overall experience was great
Overall experience was great. Received product and although the quality was excellent, unfortunately they didn’t fit at the back. Initiated a warranty claim and was promptly sent a new impression kit. The 2nd set which arrived fitted perfectly which made me realise it was my fault the original set didn’t fit though a poor 1st impression and not Instasmiles. They didn’t question, query or tried to wiggle out of the claim at all. The product looks natural and they are very easy to wear. Would definitely recommend and re-order myself should I loose these.

They don't even deserve a star
They don't even deserve a star, it took 6/7 attempts for the results to be ok by instasmile, the day I received my veneers, I thought they sent me joke plastic teeth, I complained straight away regarding the fit and colour, endless phone calls, pomised I would get a call back, never received one also sent tons of emails, I got a email today regarding a part refund,not good enough, small claims court here i come.

Your concerns were reviewed, and your 14-day Manufacturer’s Warranty claim for the upper arch was approved, with a new impression required to produce a better-fitting replacement. We also confirmed that the lower product met our manufacturing and warranty criteria.
As you requested a refund rather than proceeding with the available remake, we offered a 50% partial refund as a goodwill gesture, in line with the options available under our Terms and Conditions.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but the matter has been fully reviewed and the available resolution has been applied.

I was blown away by Instasmile, from start to finish. The order process was straightforward but thorough. Moulds came quickly and the support I received whilst doing the moulds was out of this world! I think from start to finish the process took around 3 weeks.
I received my clip ins this morning and started crying! (In a good way)
My teeth have always been something that makes me feel super self conscious, to the point I rarely go outside and if I do I always try and avoid people. But because of Instasmile.. that’s gone!
These clip in are super comfy to wear and they look super natural.
I’m so glad I found you guys, Thankyou so much.
You’ve given me a reason to go outside again x

Omg I ordered the partial and couldn’t remember what color I ordered so u found it right away for me great costumer service! Did all on my email with no hidden costs I paid for exactly the amount I was given on website! What a relief when on a budget! U told me how long it would take and if any changes I needed made to my veneers and I was good to go! And I also was given messages so I knew when the veneers would be coming! I’m soooo satisfied with my veneers great fit every time!

I always worry that my veneers won't…
I always worry that my veneers won't fit perfectly when I receive them. My fears were relieved when they came in. They not only fit perfectly but look amazing. This is my 4th set purchased over many years and I'm well pleased with the company and the product. I tell all my social group not to waste money on partials from the dentist but rather get veneers.
