this is a fraud Company fake products, no refunds, only comp generated responses if any body visit them dont buy anything totally useless products.

Terrible online platform! Ordered more than 1.5 months ago. Products Never arrived. Keep send me computer generated responses - basically to wait out! Final straw is on checking further, the made some effort to check my case only to say my delivery address is inaccurate and goods sent back to China! Request for refund - they went quiet.

Complete con. The skin tag treatment is a scrappy bit of paper with acne treatment written on it. The plastic dots do not stick, do not work and the entire web page is simply a scam. DO NOT USE

Darn, I was trying to stay away from Chinese products, but they got me again. I could have swore the commercial says the product is made in Germany that’s why I ordered. It’s been two weeks now since I ordered, so I emailed them and they said it takes 14 to 30 days for shipping. I swear the customer service is fluent in English. I have a feeling they outsource their customer service to the USA? Is it even possible? I should have googled the company for feedback first. It’s too late now. Another thing, their website is tricky, if you’re not careful, it will make you double the order.I should have just walked to Walmart to get the product. I have a feeling their commercial is counterfeit.

Unfortunately, the backless bra doesn't provide any support. I am a 34B, which is not very big and there is no support even for that. They provide plastic straps to use with the bra; however, that does not really hold the adjustment.

If you are a smaller chested woman, these bras are probably okay. However, if you wear a large size cup (D & up), I would not consider ordering any.

Three XXL bras were ordered (to get the discount), but only one came in the actual size requested. The Company insisted that 3L is the same size as XXL. Well, my "girls" said "No they are NOT".

After wearing one of the smaller 3Ls for maybe six hours, the strap broke while sitting in a chair! These straps are merely heat-sealed (?) or something like that. I doubt any type of stitching will fix this because of the material involved.

This Company does not offer refunds, if there is ANY kind of issue. Returns are apparently too expensive to send BACK to Asia. They'll want more money to ship a different size. PayPal will not help you at all. You must deal with the Company.

Their e-mails are very polite. I had no problems with that. I even sent pictures of the different sizes & broken strap.

These products have issues, if you're not petite. They're certainly not suitable for the well-endowed North American female. Either bite the bullet or throw more money their way.

This company is not truthful in the item description, and have um policies that ensure customers are not helped when things are wrong.

I had trouble with the website during the payment section, resulting in a duplicate order.

The company were informed of the error as soon as the second purchase email arrived into my inbox, and I was assured that all was in order. However, two orders arrived.

I contacted the company to inform them that the duplicate error they had assured me had not occured had in fact resulted in a duplicate delivery weeks apart.
I asked how to return the second order and get a refund.
The company refused to cancel the duplicate order, even though it was done through a fault on their website.

The leggings arrived and were about two sizes two small. The lining is definitely not cashmere as described, however they appear strong.

I would put cero stars but it doesn’t let me.
These leggings waistband seam ripped after only two times of wearing these leggings. I contacted them and they sent me a broken link just telling me that they’re not exchangeable non returnable non refundable .
I was truly thinking they would make things right after all the advertisements that they send by email like these:

I guess I was wrong. And they’re liars because I’m not satisfied at all and on top of that they won’t even do anything about it.

Ordered masked and bathing suit a month ago still nothing.

I wish I could give them no stars! I ordered a backless bra bodysuit from Instafashion over a two months ago and still have yet to receive the item. No one responds to my emails. The tracking shows the item was shipped to Jamaica, New York over two weeks ago and still nothing. Again, no one replies to my emails. I don’t even want the item anymore. I had planned on wearing it underneath a dress for my birthday but since that’s upcoming Tuesday...I’ll have no use for it. I just want a refund. I understand the pandemic slowed down shipments but this is ridiculous. It’s very unprofessional for not one customer service representative to not reply to my emails.

Snakebite cream really works for me. It took some time to get here but l am more than pieased with both support & the cream. I Will absolutely buy more.

Rip off company. I ordered masks 6 weeks ago and no masks

Ordered masks 23 days ago. Paid extra for 7 day shipping. No one from company will answer emails or calls. Deplorable

Rubbish, Scam site selling cheap rip off versions of products advertised, steer well clear. Products are nowhere near as described
