I ordered 2 items but got only one of them.

Beautiful excellent quality hardware! Samples arrived quickly and everything superbly packaged. Very nice finishes.

Hardware was beautiful, I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. Why would you individually wrap each knob in a fabric sac? Maybe some people like this fancy packaging, but for me all I see is it ending up in a landfill. I'd love to be charged 50 cents less per item and have it come in something simple and recyclable.

I already posted a review but will post another review because of my outstanding experience with Inspire Hardware. The hardware is truly beautiful and exceptional. I initially had difficulty in placing my online order because the price changed during the ordering process (most likely due to ordering from Canada). I contacted the company and heard back within the hour from a company rep. This employee went above and beyond to assist me in placing my order and ensured that the dollar amount was correct. I highly recommend this company for their products and services!

Exactly as pictured. High-quality. Thoughtful packaging with three different length screws for each knob to ensure you have the right length for your cabinet. I love them.
