This company is a joke and a total scam. I grinded through their surveys until I hit the 100-point minimum for a payout. The second I finished my profile and tried to collect what I earned, they banned my account for "no reason."

It’s a pathetic, calculated move to get free data from people and then kick them out so they don't have to pay. If you want to work for free for a group of scammers, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away from these clowns. They are broke and can't afford to pay their users.

I have earned points on Rakuten honestly, but when I tried to redeem them, my account was flagged as “suspicious” without any valid reason.

I contacted support multiple times but did not receive any proper response. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I request Rakuten to review my account again and allow me to redeem my earned points. Otherwise, I will have to take further action.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
