The hoop earrings i bought had some type of damage to the clasp & they replaced them right away.

My daughter LOVES there earrings as do I because the screw backs allow her to sleep in them without getting poked! So many options to choose from too!

We also had a great customer service experience too! She had an earring break a day after wearing (which is not normal) and they replaced it no problem!

I had purchased a bracelet for my granddaughter in December of 2024 and some way she broken it I contact in season jewelry hoping to get a discount rate on another bracelet but they went better than that they sent me a replacement with no charge. It was Great deal with them they made everything real easy. They stand behind they products. GREAT Company.

I ordered a pair of earrings that never arrived. I sent two emails and called the customer service line multiple times before I spoke with someone. I was then told they would have to launch an investigation with USPS to see what happened to the package and that I would receive email updates until the matter was resolved. At that point, I would then receive a refund. It has been nearly four months and I haven't received any emails, calls, or communications regarding the investigation or the refund of my order. I just sent another email and left a voicemail with their customer service department. I would not recommend ordering from this company. The customer service is abysmal.

The company reached out to me to fix the issue and processed a full refund.

My daughter also loves her pearls. She hardly takes them off and even wears them to bed without any discomfort.

I had ordered earrings for both my daughters. On one set one of the earrings was not clasping correct. In Season Jewelry gave me tips, that I tried, to fix it but that did not work and the one earring had fell out and got lost. I reached out again saying I tried the tips and that it ended up falling out and getting loss. They sent my daughter another pair! She was so happy to receive the new pair! And both earrings clasp together correct. Customer service was very helpful and I much appreciate that!

When purchasing, I clicked “apply code” as it was my first order with them and I had a discount code. The website automatically put my purchase through. Even though I didn’t click “Pay Now”.

Update: the company got in touch with me the next day, and investigated the issue with their technical team. They also refunded my money right away. I appreciated the customer service.

It is good quality but takes two months to delivery to Canada.

Bad customer service.
Almost 2 months and I have not received my order. I had to send emails over and over for a follow up and I still have not been refunded. They are very slow to respond and never offer any solution. Last email said they would « escalate to their team », still have not heard back from anyone 10 days later.
Edited to add: After I wrote this review, they contacted me and autorized the refund, they also told me to keep the merchandise if it ever arrives. They also asked me to update this review. My impression of their customer service remains the same. You should not have to put pressure with you credit card company or a review to get a response.

I tried to return a pair of earrings that my daughter didn't end up liking the style of them. They responded to me on FB messenger then didn't hear from them for days. Then they message me again and haven't heard from them in days. I tried emailing, reaching out through instagram and even calling which don't even bother because their phone just rings and rings. Shady company and will not be purchasing anything else from them!!!!

So far we've ordered twice (pure gold for each of our girls when they were infants). We didn't have a problem with the shipment of the purchase. And we haven't had a problem with the product (as of yet...about 2+ years for first girl and 1 year for the second)

They contacted me and made the situation right.

They are cute but very small
Hard to put them on her. They are not screw on they push on. One of earrings I ordered the post was broken. They nice for infants not for 6-7yrolds. I will be returning for a refund.

Perfect for the young fashionista, these cute and understated earrings are sure to make a statement. However, after losing one while out at the park, I can't help but wonder about their durability. Let's hope they hold up to the adventurous spirit of a 5-year-old

contacted multiple times to initiate return for 2 pairs of earrings for which the screwbacks weren't working. They didn't respond the first time and when they did the second time I contacted, they said someone will be contacting me and no one did.

There is no easy way to reach customer service. I'm now stuck with faulty earrings and while trying to tighten and use the one we had for our toddler, we've already lost an earring in one of the pairs.

The jewelry does look nice but I wish we were able to use them

The most beautiful jewelry for children and adolescents! A really nice catalog! Without a doubt I will continue to buy things for my daughter.

I absolutely love the screw back earrings for my granddaughter. Not only are they beautiful with an extremely large selection, she can’t take them out. I am constantly on their page shopping for new earrings.
