I ordered a 14 karat gold toddler bracelet for my granddaughter‘s first birthday. I was skeptical to order something so valuable from an online store however, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the tiny bracelet. The only problem was that it was not engraved! Without the engraving, bracelet was useless to me. Both of my daughters received engraved bracelets for their first birthday, and I wanted my first granddaughter to have the same keepsake that she can cherish for the rest of her life. I reached out to the company and they immediately tried to resolve the problem for me. Quite honestly, it may have been my mistake in leaving off the engraving. Regardless, they offered to send me a label to return the bracelet for engraving and then send it right back to me at no additional charge. Mariela gave amazing customer service and responded via text message and email to me almost immediately. Ultimately, I had a local engraver take care of the monogram on the bracelet, but I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the Quality by In Season Jewelry and will certainly consider using them again. Highly recommend this company!

When we recently had a poor experience with two pairs of earrings, in season jewelry shipped us a brand new pair of earrings and made a five-year-old very happy!

I ordered Miss Mouse Baby / Toddler / Kids Earrings Screw Back - Sterling Silver for my daughter for her birthday. I didn’t take them out of the plastic wrapping until I wrapped them the night before her party and I found one of the Minnie Mouse designs were smashed/bent. When she opened her gift she was so excited to have them she wanted to wear them. So I put them on her even though it was bent and a week later the other earring bent. When I reached out to customer service they said they couldn’t do anything about it since it was past 30 days of ordering. They are not prompt when responding, short in their response and not personable. It doesn’t allow you to write a review on their website and when utilizing their tool to reach out for questions, you don’t get a response. I waited 20 minutes before giving up.

This company is AWESOME! I purchased several items thinking they were part of the BOGO special they had at the time. It turns out they weren’t, but they were awesome enough to honor it anyway and refunded me the money just because their advertisement wasn’t specific. Their customer service people were super helpful and very quick to respond to ALL my questions. SUPER fast shipping as well. The tiny heart charms I ordered are precious.
I am very impressed with this company. I will definitely buy again!

This has to be the best experience I've had. My issue was resolved quickly, responses were delivered quickly, I will be purchasing again very soon and the products are absolutely beautiful!

I am a repeat customer and had an issue with one of the earrings I had purchased. I reached out to customer service and they handled it immediately. I found customer service to be extremely caring and helpful. I liked being able to deal with real people vs AI!

Their customer service is great. Had a problem with my granddaughter’s new earrings and the problem was handled very quickly.

Update:
After submitting this review I received an email about how my experience was going. I was offered a full refund and was sent a return shipping label for when the package arrived. I didn’t end up getting it for almost another week but I was happy that someone reached out to me to try and make it right.

I paid extra to receive my order in 2-4 days and it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. When I reached out to customer service about this I was told I could refuse the order upon delivery. This was not a helpful “solution” since it’s 1.USPS delivery so it would likely either get placed inside my mailbox or 2.delivered to my mailroom. After I stated this the customer service representative said that because it was in transit that there was not a way to submit a refund. I would have to wait until it arrived first then contact them to process the refund. That was a week ago. I just checked my tracking number and the package has somehow been rerouted back to the sender. I sent a follow up email in regards to this and will see what comes back. If the package was somehow rerouted and was never informed on this that’s an awful way to conduct business.

I spent a lot of time this holiday season looking for children's jewelry and I came upon In Season Jewelry. I was very impressed with their designs, variety, selection, value and transparent pricing. I purchased 6 items which came promptly in time for the holiday. Packaging was very cute with each item placed in its own branded jewelry box. This was a great buying experience, and that alone was enough to write a good review, but the first night my daughter was wearing her new pendant necklace her sister accidentally pulled it off. The chain broke which I believe was not any defect in the chain and when I inquired about a replacement the In Season team sent a replacement chain right away free of charge. My daughter is back to enjoying her new gift and this was a great experience all around. Thank you In Season Team!

I ordered a pair of earrings and a ring both of them were beautifully made. The earrings did not irritate my daughter’s ear. She loves the screw back.

I love your jewelry but unfortunately won't be ordering from you anymore. Prices have gone up, which I can accept, but I was charged 50$ duty upon delivery which I have never been charged before. So sad because this is my go to for my daughter's earrings.

I originally had an issue with my order (the 14k Gold Itsy Bitsy Initial Letter S Screw Back earrings) I bought for my 19 month old daughter. They were catching on her clothes and blankets, and at first I was really disappointed because communication seemed to have stopped after I reached out about an exchange.

However, the company recently followed up with me and explained that my emails hadn’t gone through. They were extremely kind and immediately offered to send out a new pair of earrings along with a free return label for the old ones. I really appreciate that they took the time to make things right and provided great customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters! In Season Jewelry definitely showed they care about their customers.

My daughter was gifted earrings for her birthday after recommending the company to family. The posts of a pair of earrings significantly bent while she was wearing them and we were both concerned. I contacted the company and they quickly responded and assured me that this is not normal. They put in the effort to find the order even though I wasn't sure what family member gifted them, and graciously sent me a replacement even though the order was placed outside of their return window. I am impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to replacement daughter's earrings. I went from not wanting to purchase from them again to a very satisfied customer.
