Amazing post-sales support. I only used my light after a year as I was doing renovations. The light strip was not working. INNR took me through some steps to test it, and eventually sent me a NEW unit despite me not being entitiled to that. Many thanks Florian and team.

Great smart plugs! I have had many now added to my Zigbee network, and they are a reliable and affordable way to get into smart home with zigbee. I started with using them in my Philips Hue network, as they are natively compatible with them. Now I'm on Home Assistant, with great success - reliable, easy to pair and good features. One was faulty (not sure if by factory or after I used it with an industrial dryer), and I received a replacement quickly and without further questions.

I bought some GU10 bulbs which were faulty on arrival. The support team were very helpful and got a replacement sent out once details were confirmed. The only thing that could have been better was a faster response time to messages as it takes a few days.

Great products and great support.I own multiple products (light strips, spots, bulbs, globes). I had an issue with a light strip. I sent an email to the innr support team. They came back to me within a day. We had few more email exchanges and they sent me a replacement device.

Really impressed with the customer service and support that I received from Innr. I messaged the company to inform them that two transformers for my led strips had stopped working.
Two days later Amazon delivered two replacement transformers and my lights are now working again.

What a fantastic product and service. Bought a 2-pack of smartplug's and both were very easy to configure and worked perfectly well. Unfortunately one of the two became defective and didn't work at all for an unknown reason. I contacted support of Innr in the Netherlands and they offered me a perfect solution. With this the period in time until I received a working switch was very short. Perfect!

I'm using Innr products in combination with Home Assistant and Zigbee2MQTT. Everything works like a charm.
Out of all my devices, 1 fairly new ledstrip seemed to be defective (the controller). I emailed customer support about it and they immediately offered to replace the ledstrip on their behalf. It's very rare to find proactive customer support like this.

I’ve been using LED light strips and smart plugs from INNR and I’m absolutely impressed. The products work flawlessly and are easy to set up and use. I did have a minor issue with one of the LED strips, but the customer support, especially Florian de Bour, was outstanding — they sent me a replacement within two days without any hassle. I’m genuinely delighted with both the quality and the service. I’ll happily buy from INNR again and again. Highly recommended!

I experienced an issue with a firmware version that caused my bulbs to behave unexpectedly. Although it was a rare occurrence, Innr, Florian and Gerry responded quickly and resolved the problem efficiently. Communication was excellent, and the tone throughout was friendly and supportive.

Long lasting products!
I bought LED lightstips 5 years ago and they are running 15h/day. That‘s currently 26.000 hours!
And every single LED is still working.
That‘s really impressive.
Also i really like the support, they answer quick and im more than happy with the provided solution.

Bought four Innr GU10 bulbs to work with my Philips Hue system and they've never worked properly since day one. They were used with a motion sensor for a number of years and any number of the bulbs would actually switch on when motion was detected.
Eventually replaced with new Hue bulbs and relegated the Innr bulbs to the hallway on a timed schedule and they still don't all activate when they're supposed to!
Raised the issue with Innr who told me there was nothing they could do and offered me 10% off future purchases. I don't think I'll be buying any more of these products.

I had a candle bulb that developed a fault. Prior to that the bulb had been brilliant and dovetailed nicely with the Hue ecosystem. I contacted customer service and they were in touch extremely quickly. They asked that I send them the invoice and I had a replacement set within the week. Extremely good customer service on top of quality products. Many thanks!

Had an issue with Innr zigbee bulbs not pairing anymore. Service promptly responded and pointed to old firmware issues and immediately shipped replacement for several lights including some spares.

Pairing of smart plug SP240 with Z2M failed. When contacting the Innr-service some adviced testings were carried out without any success. Innr directly replaced the plug by a new one, which is working perfectly now.
I am grateful for the fast and uncomplicated service!
