I watched a story on instragram and thought it was a good bargain so I purchased to realise later it was a scam as I ordered before Xmas and not yet received them or not to be given a refund please don't order from this site

Absolutely disgusting I payed for 3 of these for my grandkids and 1 came numerous emails and offered a refund but no refund came. I’m a pensioner and I feel ashamed that I actually fell for this scam. But when Chloe promoted them I honestly thought they would be ok. Feel like a fool and Grandkids had nothing.

Like all other reviews I saw these advertised on Bethan’s Instagram and purchased them! Never arrived but happily taken the money from my account. DO NOT ORDER THESE ITS A SCAM!!

Emailed constantly. Added shipping costs when they state shipping is free and PayPal won’t refund
Have received emails stating they’ll refund me if I don’t receive item but 8 weeks on nothing
They addressed last email to someone else and have yet tk respond to last email
They get out of refunding via PayPal by providing a tracking number to show they’ve sent it

Like pretty much everyone else's reviews on here I purchased due to seeing on Instagram, saw them on Chloe Ferry's and Bethan Kershaws Instagram. The one and only time I've purchased from advertisements and I'll never do it again! This company have fobbed me off since December! I am pushing and pushing for a refund but getting no where! I've had same excuses they were busy due to Black Friday sales and rest assured that my order will arrive 2 months later nothing! Absolute scammers.

Ordered the earphones on the 6th December which I saw advertised by Chloe ferry on her Snapchat but they kept giving an excuse me all the excuses under the sun about why they hadn’t been delivered. Now the website that has been not working (as they told me because of the Black Friday sale) the website has now disappeared
#update have finally managed at get a refund through PayPal if you have been scammed it would be worth giving it a try by sending you emails and the PayPal receipt to a PayPal complaint

I aswell ordered as chloe ferry advertised. Which has now changed to a different supplier/type when she last advertised them I ordered 15 nov. I waited 5 6 weeks and they did come just before xmas,but no box due to corona apparantley and that i would recieve box later. No box arrived. I tried emailing twice tho to see where my order was to the company but no reply and website went down. The pods talk english and another language maybe chinese as thats where they are from! If i had known i wouldnt of ordered. They are abit big for me. But I guess i was lucky in recieving mine.

Ordered just before Christmas two lot's of Christmas present's at first didn't realise the transaction as it was for somewhere in France got me a little suspicious but got the confirmation that they've been sent out should receive in 4-7 days, still nothing
Christmas been and gone still nothing so tried the website it's down, tried tracking with the tracking detail's they sent, no luck oops something went wrong emailed then said there experiencing delay's the website will be back up and running soon down due to black friday and I should receive my product's or will be issued a refund
so wait some more.. still nothing
Now I email about the refund how long will it take to be processed as still no luck
and guess what no reply.. absolute joke!
Such a shame wish I had seen these review sooner.. steer clear the influencer should be held accountable also, clearly in on it!!!

Absolute rubbish! Obviously a scam website!! Do not order from them. I also think the brand influencer who advertised for them should be accountable for this because she preyed on people’s vulnerability. Such a wicked thing to do. The influencer I’m referring to here is: @chloegshore1 on IG. Found this promo on SC though

Ordered wireless earphones on the 6th of December. 1 month later they still have not arrived and their website is now down. The have not contacted us and looking at other reviews the website was clearly a scam. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so they don't have my card information.

Shocking company to buy from. They take your money, send a tracking ID that doesn’t connect to your order number, just states Order Not Found’. They do not reply to any emails regarding refunds or order cancellations. They have taken my money but not delivered my order, I have waited for a month to receive the goods or receive a full refund. Have had to file & escalate a payment dispute with this company! Save your money, do not buy from this company, their website doesn’t work either!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, i ordered two pairs as Christmas presents for my sons and I've never received them and can't seem to contact anyone....

I placed a order with them on the 4th December after seeing ads come up and seeing the celebrity Chloe Ferry advertising them. However, I’ve not received them and now the website does not exist neither do their social media’s. INNOV SOUND IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’m now £15 down and I’ve not received the item and most likely never will. So disappointed, been reported. They emailed me to say my order was dispatched then after waiting a while I emailed to say my order hadn’t arrived and got not reply it’s now 27th December and received nothing, no order, no emails and unable to track my order.

Absolutely awfull... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased some wireless ear buds for my daughter for Christmas, I ordered on the 6th December, apparently they were dispatched on the 8th, however Iv not received anything, I went onto the text confirmation to track them and shock horror the links do not work... I have no way of even contacting them via an email address? I cannot ask where they are as on the page there’s no way of contacting either 🤬 I had to go and purchase another set for my daughter from another company so I’m now even more out of pocket! It’s discusting celebs are advertising for this company and making money off of us and taking our hard earned money 😡 disgusting!

Ordered a pair of headphones on the 6th of December it’s now the 26th and nothing has arrived I’ve emailed them 6/7 times to ask where my order is to which I get ignored. I received one email back saying they had sent out a load of products and messed up all the tracking numbers so didn’t know where my order was now they refuse to give me a refund absolutely disgusting company! I think personally it’s vile that they have taken money of people at Christmas and scammed them.

Worst company!!! I made an order on December 4th paid in full and am still yet to receive anything. Website isn’t working and emailed numerous times but no response £15 down the drain absolute scammers!
