Quick and convenient

Quick and convenient online shopping experience. Courier could have done better with delivery though - products were labeled as fragile (thanks for that, Inky) but the packaging was dented on arrival.

If I could give a zero star I would

If I could give a zero star I would.

I refilled my Canon cartridge 5 times. Had no problem whatsoever.

I bought a new one from their brand cartridges. I filled it up once and it didn't want to work at all.

I asked for a replace of the cartridge. They refused as they say they can't guarantee if cartridges will work after refilling.
What a rip off.

It's understandable if I bought another brand like Canon, but to refuse money back from their own brand is ridiculous.

Dear Johan and Daleen, we are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service - it is definitely not our intention to have customers who leave our store unhappy, so we try to explain our refill guarantee as clearly as possible, as sometimes there is confusion to how it works.

The Canon 445XL Inky branded cartridge that you purchased was used by you until empty, accounting in full for the R345 that you spent.

Unfortunately, when you brought it in to be refilled - a free refill due to your loyalty - the refill was not successful. This is a reality of refills, they don't always work for numerous reasons that are often out of our control, but we will ALWAYS refund you for a refill that doesn't work, and we are willing (and our staff did offer this to you) to refund the R110 value of the refill. Please understand that we could not remain in business if we gave back the price of the cartridge that has been used in full before our customer brings it in to be refilled.

The Inky Shop's Refill Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee: Due to the condition of some cartridges, we don't guarantee that every refill will work, but we will return your money for the refill if it doesn't! The vast majority of our refills work like new, however, there are numerous factors outside of our control that affect the refill success rate of the cartridge - see our cartridge care tips to get the most out of your cartridge. In the instance that the refill doesn't perform as expected, we will return the money you spent on the refill to put towards a new cartridge.

Excellent service - staff going the extra mile

Hi.. A thousand thank you's to Wayne from Inky Shop Clearwater Mall and Patrick at The Glen.
It was a Sunday 10 minutes before the store closes I arrived at the Glen branch. Patrick was unable to assist and phoned Wayne at the clearwater branch. Wayne stayed well after closing time waiting for me to arrive to assist me. Well done to the excellent service and going that extra mile. I doubt anyone else would do that for a small purchase. Just when I gave up on good customer service, this happens. You guys restored my faith ... Thank you

Great prices, free delivery

Everything went smoothly and the price was great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that i didn’t receive the email notification that my order was out for delivery. Luckily someone was home when the courier arrived.
