Thanks James

James assisted me today. He was patient and kind. When I was on with him, i knew i would leave with resolution. James was thorough and helped me in under 30 minutes.

James is the person I always go to

James is the person I always go to. He was so patient and helpful to me.

I'm still learning how to run my printer and the programs to it.

I was having an issue getting a white backing and didn't have a clue. I contacted IS right away, James came to the rescue. He walked me through the process to fix it. I asked questions and he answered them with patience and understanding. Since you can only give 5 stars, I will give 10.

Tech support AMAZING!!!

Agent was non the less very professional, knew what they were doing, gave clear instructions and customer service and response time was AMAZING!!!!! Definitely call tech support if u need help with anything!!!!!! Ty Jade u were AMAZING!!!

Jade, was amazing helped me fix what was wrong with the printer and showed me some stuff that I was missing and steps, I needed to do to print correctly.

Jade with inksonic

Jade was very helpful and patience with me. I was not prepared with the team viewer app and Jade sent the linked and helped me get on. Then Jade was able to get my InkSonic working better so I can make my family and friends shirts for upcoming trips.
