Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 50 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers are highly impressed with the products, finding them phenomenal for tattoo aftercare and general skin health, with many stating there's nothing else like them on the market. The quality of the cream and foam cleanser is consistently praised for being light, non-greasy, soothing, and effective in promoting quick healing, reducing itching, and maintaining vibrant tattoo colors. Reviewers also highlight the exceptional staff and service, describing the company as fantastic to deal with and making customers feel like family. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product for new tattoos, experiencing stinging pain and cracking scabs, which led them to revert to their previous creams. Though some found the product couldn't alleviate extreme itchiness in specific areas, especially during tattoo removal, they noted it was generally effective for infection prevention.

The cream is amazing

The cream is amazing. One of my tattoos have started being very itchy (it’s two years old) and nothing helped until I found this cream! I only applied a little bit every day and now it’s looking vibrant again and not itchy anymore. Great moisturiser but the smell is not great. But the effect is more important to me!

To be honest the price is too much

To be honest the price is too much. Sorry. I didn’t find this product so amazing. I’ve bought cheaper ones that are just as good. When u have a lot of Tatts this can get very expensive . Thank u. Have a great day🌻🌺

Great product

Purchased after reading reviews. Works great doesn’t leave thick film, absorbs well, reduced all itching and peeling and has started to heal beautifully on fresh Ink. Have already ordered more.

Bad Customer Service, Average Product.

Had so many issues with trying to communicate with the company on where I could buy this product locally. Given wrong information to then just being flat out ignored. Eventually got some, seemed alright, had to use it multiple times a day due to it drying out. Ended up with all these painful pimples all around and in my tattoo. Thought it was odd. Next tattooo used dr pickles and had no pimples. Latest tattoo went back to Ink Nurse and painful pimples all in and around my tattoo. Considering the price you pay and you get the smallest jars and you have to use it so often and the breaking out, on top of the bad customer service. Their only good thing is they ship fast. Don’t recommend.
