Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 50 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers are highly impressed with the products, finding them phenomenal for tattoo aftercare and general skin health, with many stating there's nothing else like them on the market. The quality of the cream and foam cleanser is consistently praised for being light, non-greasy, soothing, and effective in promoting quick healing, reducing itching, and maintaining vibrant tattoo colors. Reviewers also highlight the exceptional staff and service, describing the company as fantastic to deal with and making customers feel like family. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product for new tattoos, experiencing stinging pain and cracking scabs, which led them to revert to their previous creams. Though some found the product couldn't alleviate extreme itchiness in specific areas, especially during tattoo removal, they noted it was generally effective for infection prevention.

Love Ink Nurse

Love Ink Nurse. So rich and gentle on my sensitive skin. Totally removes the itch of a healing tattoo. Keeps them fresh as they age. Awesome service. I am a repeat customer and have been using Ink Nurse for several years now.

Hey Andrew, We sent your order the following day and according to AusPost it says your package was delivered, we communicated all of this through email however you said you deleted our response, so this is unfortunate to leave this review. Hopefully we can resolve this for you quickly. Please remember: AusPost handles all orders and you are supplied with tracking information to check up on your packages. Thank You, Betty x

Amazing healing

Whilst it is on the pricey side, ive never healed so well and so quickly! At work on a 12hr shift tho i didn't have time to reapply as i needed so a balm like dr pickles was needed. If you guys can make a balm im ink nurse all the way!

Communicated by email that unfortunately Auspost had lost or mishandled your order so we arranged a replacement free of charge. Every time this happens with Auspost we lose a lot of money and product so it’s unfortunate that this lead to a one star review.
Hopefully once you receive your product you’ll change your mind.
Thanks, Betty

Ink Nurse Cream

Ink Nurse Cream
This cream, so far so good. I still have some minor issues with my body ink, the occasional rash and this cream has helped and some fading. I have used the cream as I said, so far so good.
Thank you Ink Nurse

Great product guys

Great product guys
As always I’m sceptical about using a new product, yours really is non greasy and not overpowering smell, I use it on my entire suit well except for my back as I can’t reach all of it!
I’ve got over 20 years of ink collection on me and it really brings my whole suit together.
Happy to send some snaps for product.
Regards
Chris

I have extremely sensitive skin and…

I have extremely sensitive skin and suffer from allergic reactions that doctors haven't been able to narrow down what causes them so im extremely wary of what I put on my skin and this stuff is amazing! No reactions no irritations smells amazing skin feels amazing and tattoos look amazing. You also don't need a lot.

Perfection!

Fabulous product with a lovely light scent that isn't overpowering. My new tattoo drank it up and asked for more, and my old tattoos have loved it as well. I've been using it as a moisturiser in dry spots - elbows, feet, and they're soft as silk now. Love it and will definitely buy more. :)

Some positive some negative.

This product is priced well, good quantity. On my older tattoos it works well however upon using it as aftercare for a fresh tattoo it started intensly burning and continued to burn for about 5-10 minutes after that. Ive had many different tattoo balms and no others have been painful and given me this extreme burning. For fully healed tattoos its good. Not a good aftercare for new tattoos however!
