No delivery... no update about the status... I wrote several emails to get some information no reply whatsoever...Nothing.... It a disgrace that this is happening in Germany...

I ordered a Lionelo Leonie baby bed on 18 August 2021 which was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. It did not arrive until 4 September 2021. When I chased delivery status, they said it would arrive that week but it did not.
Anyway the bed arrived and it was damaged. I asked for a replacement or a refund. I was also willing to accept a reasonable discount just so that I did not have to wait for the whole refund/replacement process as my baby is due early October.
They offered me 10€ as a discount. When I did not accept this, they said they would arrange for a courier to pick up the bed. Their courier picked up the bed on 8 September 2021 and I never heard from them since. I have contacted them several times to chase my refund. They did not even acknowledge my email. I now have to go through the dispute process via Paypal.
Don't order from them. It's not worth it.
it took some more days, but i got finally the items for free as it was on their page.... i am very thankful and appreciate them, i will give 5 stars for the communication with them , it was sent for free, so i was patient with the postage. It came from Poland to Germany pretty fast .
The owner has still not refunded the money even after the confirmed return. It is fraudulent website from Poland with different names ingane.de,elcap.de and magazin.de, matfi.pl. I have complained with European consumer court but still have no response.
Ordered from them high chair. Waited around 2 and half weeks to arrive instead of promised 1 week. I was trying to contact them, with no reply. Ok, got my package, and... They packed 2 identical parts, instead of 2 different as it should be... Now waiting another week for their reply. Just waste of time and money...
