What a pleasure dealing with Tony and his team! They arrived on-time for all meetings as well as for the actual installation. Our previous installer had made a mess of things so the upgrade took hours longer than planned, but they honoured their bid price without complaint.
And their fee was the lowest of 5 vendors that we got quotes from. In one case it was 80% cheaper.
System is perfect and easy to use.
So a great price, pleasant service and good technology. I wish every tradesmen in the city were as honest and hardworking as these guy! Can't recommend them any higher.

Excellent Services provided by M/s Alex and Nik Ltd. Mr. Tony K is a real professional Engineer and the way he fixed and install the CCTV Cameras at Consulate General of Pakistan, Montreal and the services he provided that are really admirable.

I called Video Surveillance Systems for information on a security system for my home. Tony was patient over the phone in explaining the various plans and features for a first timer in securities systems. At the (free) estimation at my place he did a walk around the house to see what we would need to protect the whole house. He did not try to sell us any expensive products, just very professional.
The technicians were on time at the day of installation. Tony explained thoroughly what he would be performing Installation was fast with no issues.
I'm very satisfied with the overall process and service received, will definitely recommend friends on it.
