I have been with Infomaniak since about 2008/9. The support is very good, i use the whole product range and the evolution has been excellent, and it has stayed on its ethical path.

Hosting and 3 domain names purchased from Infomaniak = 3 WordPress sites immediately "hacked" (poisoned) as soon as they were automatically installed, just minutes after the purchase!!!
The "support" is incredibly slow to respond after multiple requests and completely uninterested in this type of problem, even though Infomaniak, coincidentally, sells "partner" services to resolve them...
Infomaniak, the pathetic cloud !
Infomaniak is one of the worst options to go to if you move away from Google or Microsoft. Their helpdesk is horrible. Count on waiting times between 20 and 30 minutes to get someone on the phone.
Their helpdesk is not solving problems, so most of the times you will have to call them again the next day, or week. And wait again for this huge amount of time.
Dont count on the ticket service, that lasts more than a week to even get a response.

They are very slow to resolve their support tickets.
The certificate authority contacted your site and received no response. First, check the status of your DNS on the Domain Status page. If there are no errors, contact our support team.
I have no error & website inaccessible.
But no reaction from infomaniak.

Amazing suite of tools.
I started using it for personal purposes so I could ditch Google mail, Google Drive and Google calendar for good.
Then I realise it would be good to use it for team working as well, and not also I can have sensitive information in our shared team drive with the reassurance that no one outside of our organisation is looking into it, but we could also ditch Teams from Microsoft an use KChat.
I couldn't recommend this enough.

Reviews on Trustpilot are answered within a few hours, support tickets are not even looked at. As soon as a new ticket is opened, the status is "Processing is currently underway" which means nothing.

We migrated our services to Infomaniak more than two months ago for our padel club, and we are extremely satisfied with the experience so far.
We are using kSuite for the email accounts of all our club members (134 users), as well as kDrive, where we store several terabytes of data including match videos, photos, and official documents. Everything works smoothly and reliably.
Our WordPress website is hosted on a managed Cloud Server, and our MacBooks laptops (5) are fully backed up using the SwissBackup solution, which gives us great peace of mind.
We are also planning to use Infomaniak’s ticketing service for our upcoming events and are looking forward to testing it soon.
A big thank you for the reliable solutions and especially to the support team, who were very helpful and available during the setup and migration process. We are very happy with Infomaniak and hope to remain their customer for as long as possible.

Brilliant experience overall!
KDrive is significantly faster than MS365 or Google Drive — opening files feels just like accessing them from a local folder.
User permissions and email address creation are intuitive and straightforward. Creating shared email addresses is far easier than in Microsoft, and practically impossible in Google.
This is an ideal solution for small EU-based teams.
I contacted support regarding a second domain transfer — the ticket went unanswered for two days. However, when I scheduled a call instead, they called me promptly at the agreed time.
KDrive imports all files from MS365 effortlessly.
KSuite Mail also imports all emails from the previous provider seamlessly — a much smoother experience than our earlier migration from Google to MS365, where only partial data was transferred.
It would be great to see native project management tools added to the Suite — such as Gantt charts and task assignments with user notifications — to enhance team collaboration.

Among the worst companies I ever worked with.
- Webpage (i.e. SSL cert process, accounting) full of bugs
- Support is inexistent - no reaction at all!
No improvement since my last rating in 2023.
Also rather typical, they respond to 5-star ratings, but there is no response or reaction on low ratings.
They really need to work on their mindset!

Terrible e-mail application and support is also not good. I wanted to have an european email address. I found your service. I created an account.. Sofar so good. I then felt @ikmail sounds weird and bought a domain to give me a more decent email address.. And then the hassle started. After buying the domain you not get an email confirmation neither a proper easy way to get an email with the new domain. I send an email to support, no answer after 48 hours despite they state you get a respond with 24 hours.. i then call they helpdesk. It says in the web 7 minutes waiting time.. but i waited 30 minutes. I spoke to an engineer asked him if he can configure it for me.. but he only send me an powerpoint of 10 pages. (this shows already how complex it is because NEVER i have seen an email service which needs 10 powerpoints to explain how you can generate a new email address. . It is just a complete disaster. I now have spent another 45 minutes.. and yes I now have my email address.. but have no clue how to access it. It is the most terrible email system I ever seen. It is far too complex. It looks designed by engineers not net tested for users. It looks something developed years ago and with add on options made more and more complex.. It is just a complete disaster. I paid 20 USD for my email domain and my storage. A Complete waste of money..
This is a reaction on the feedback below. You did send a 10 page document with instructions. I had to call an 2nd time and waited again much langer than the 4 minutes as stated on the screen and your own engineer confirmed that it is often seen rather seen as complex by other customers as well. The support engineer is friendly but it is obvious redicolous you need to call twice to setup an account. I never had to call gmail or Yahoo or protonmail. The application is just far too complex. Even importing mail from one infomaniak account to another requires modification of device passwords. It is a monster application.. likely grown overtime and with too many options.

Very satisfied with Infomaniak Services. I had a ticket with them about an issue on theri IA interface a few weeks ago.
Despite the holiday season, the response was very quick. My problem wasn't easy to understand, but a few days later a fix was released to correct it. Communication with support was very friendly. Professional and efficient!

To be honest: all works well so far. But: support ist almost close to zero. I mean not the quality of support which I can‘t evaluate – I mean there is NONE. No answer to my ticket since one week. This is awkward. You can pay 50CHF/p. M. or you‘re lost. The conclusion is better to stay with your cloud at apple or google you name it – the support is 6/7 and absolute fantastic in comparison to IFM. The rest of the product is okay but due to a missing support not reliable enough for a business solution.
