I can't believe it

I can't believe it ! Avaid this company at all cost ! I bought a ticket with them 3 hours ago and now I just received a message saying that my ticket was canceled ! I just contacted the customer service and no help is possible even if the answer was fast they were totally useless !
It is seems to me as a massive scam , avoid this company and listen to the bad reviews .
Next time I will use my usual bus company .

AVOID IT! Trustpilot score is correct!

AVOID IT! Never buy tickets from the agents who have no responsibility for their own faults! Company sold tickets with clearly described WRONG departure bus stop (including chart) and refused to return money, even when evidence of actual departure place, proven directly by transporting Company has been provided. They even blame passengers for their fault, when at same time any reputable Company return money and provide compensation in addition.

Ми неодноразово звертались до перевізника з метою розібратись в ситуації.
На що отримали відповідь, що змін в адресі відправлення немає, що автобус був у місці відправлення згідно з інформацією в квитку. Також ми отримали інформацію, що інші 4 пасажири, які були на тому рейсі - успішно здійснили посадку в автобус.
Ні в якому разі ми не відмовляємо Вам в допомозі в даній ситуації. Проте, на жаль отримуємо саме таку відповідь.
Оскільки Ви звертались під час відправлення не до нас, а до перевізника - ми не маємо можливості прослухати записи Ваших телефонних розмов з диспетчерами перевізника, і не можемо прокоментувати Ваш діалог.

We have repeatedly contacted the carrier to investigate the situation.
We received a reply that there were no changes in the departure address, that the bus was at the departure point according to the information on the ticket. We also received information that the other 4 passengers who were on that flight had successfully boarded the bus.
In no case do we refuse to help you in this situation. However, unfortunately, this is the answer we received.
Since you contacted the carrier, not us, during the departure, we are not able to listen to the recordings of your telephone conversations with the carrier's dispatchers, and we cannot comment on your dialogue.

Not to recommend

I had booked a ticket, but there was a delay of my flight. On the ticket it stated clearly that I can call a number and rebook without a fee. I called immediately when I realised that I won't make it. They required 50 euro fee in order to rebook, which is more than the ticket cost. This company may work out if you don't have any delays, but if unfortunate you're on your own. The customer service denied everything even I had a proof of my ticket. A scam simply

Please note that the ticket rules state that you should be at the boarding place 15 minutes before departure and that if you are late for the route, the ticket loses its validity.

Customer service was decent

Customer service was decent. Replied quickly via the live chat.

However, when the passenger arrived at the platform early, they couldn't see the bus and she was searching for it for a very long time. The lack of communication between the carrier and no indication of a specific platform, the bus left without the passenger.

"infobus.eu" refused to refund my ticket.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Nothing about the responsibility if the quality of the trip not as expected!!! Silly solutions for part refund by bonuses which has been given already at time of purchase the tickets. No updates about the bus condition even after reports.

very good booked ticket iasi to…

very good booked ticket iasi to Chisinau and back but i cancel the Chisinau to iasi
i go with train it was a 4.5 hour train ride i loved every min of it
2 days after cancelation the money was back into my acount
so i highly recommend
