I ordered a part that wasn’t in stock, the company got back to me in one working day. They extended a very generous offer since they couldn’t supply the part immediately, I had to decline since I needed the part ASAP and they refunded me the same day. Excellent service even though they couldn’t help.

I chose Infinity Sewing because the price was lover compared to other places. I was very satisfied- the communication was very fast. I payed for delivery with a tutorial and help lifting inside, and Charles was very helpful with everything. I recommend it, because it was only 21 pounds more than regular delivery, and even though I already knew how to use the machine, I found out a lot of details. Thank you!

Fast, efficient and professional service

I bought my machine off Infinity Sewing via Amazon. I live as far as you can go on the uk mainland and delivery can be challenging. I received a phone call explaining it wouldn't arrive as quickly as Amazon says because of the logistics. This was fine by me as long as it would arrive. It arrived 6 days later and unfortunately the table and frame were damaged in transit( not the sellers fault).
I made a call that day and Infinity have sorted the problems out. Absolutely brilliant customer service and I will be shopping direct with Infinity Sewing in the future.
Highly recommended.

The colleague on the phone was very helpful. ALthough my sewing machine was less common, he helped me choose the correct parts for the sewing machine.
Parts were delivered intact. All worked.

Great super fast delivery

This seller has a very good customer service. They delivered my machine in time also I Have been using my machine for almost 2years now. I can not record any fault until today that a thread Jammed my machine. As soon as I called him, he called me on video and gave me the perfect help I needed. I got it sorted in few minutes.
