Let me start off with how disappointing…

Let me start off with how disappointing it is to have been with this insurance company for almost 10years and never had an accident or anything until now..... and this one time has been such a horrible experience!!!! My car was vandalized completely and on top of that has homophobic slurs have been keyed into my car. I got assigned an adjuster which I’ve only talked to once because every time I call I get her voicemail with no return calls, I’ve even called for an escalation. First she supposedly sets me up with an appointment to get an estimate, I let her know I work Monday through Friday but I ended up taking time off work to take my car and once I got to the body shop was told I had no appointment. I called her right then and there no answer and no call back. Ok the body shop made me wait another hour since I had no actual appointment, they take pictures and inform they will send the adjuster and I a copy of the estimate for approval. The estimate has been sent and still no call or email with an approval or any follow up. I don’t recommend this insurance and sure enough will be rethinking my renewal!!

Infinity is the worst insurance company…

Infinity is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, if I could give zero stars I would. They have horrible communication and have completely mishandled my uninsured motorist accident claim after creating an extremely low estimate to repair my brand new car. It's been 2 weeks since I filed my claim and they still have not contacted my body shop to approve their estimate and repairs. I was without a car for a week after taking it to be repaired because they failed to reserve my rental car, which is included in my coverage. I will be reporting them to the CA Dept. of Insurance to file a complaint for violation of Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations.

Don't bother using Infinity/Kemper, they are horrible at handling claims. For the amount I pay I expected much better service, especially after being a customer for over 4 years. I will definitely be purchasing insurance from another company.

Infiniti Auto Insurance have the most…

Infiniti Auto Insurance have the most unprofessional adjusters I have ever met. I made a claim on 11/21/20 and did not get a response from my adjuster after many calls and voicemail I constantly left. A month had passed so I filed a complaint to the DOI and they FINALLY responded to me just to let me know that my adjuster Alberto Chavez did not work there anymore (even though I kept asking for a new adjuster every time I called and they said that was not possible) and that was the reason why it was delayed. So I now have a new adjuster named Fabiola Toscano. My car is currently in the auto shop and they found more damage to the car and have been trying to reach out to her for the past two weeks!! I called her on Wednesday to see why they have not responded and she told me it was not her job to answer. I was very upset as my car has just been sitting in the shop and its been two months that I have not had a car and I work full time!!! I asked her for her employee # and she gave me a nasty attitude, gave me her employee #, then hung up on me. I called her at least 5 times and left a voicemail and she still did not respond. I sent her an email and she immediately replied very unprofessionally and said there phones were down. Then I asked her why didn't she email me and let me know that, it's because she doesn't care about her clients. It has been 3 days and I keep emailing her and calling her and she keeps ignoring me. I am done with this insurance company! It has been over two months and nothing has been fixed.

I was involved in a car accident

I was involved in a car accident. The person with infinity insurance was proven to be a fault. I haven’t heard from anyone in 2 weeks. I’ve called several times leaving voicemails and tried contacting the supervisor. They also have ignored my insurance company voicemails as well. I am not paying for damages that was caused by there client. I will be contacting a lawyer since my voicemails are going unanswered.

WORST Experience Every!

My true star rating would be less than one, if allowed.

We were rear ended by one of their insured on September 5, 2020, in our 3 month old truck. Due to Labor Day weekend, I reported the accident on September 9, 2020. Didn't get our truck back until November 23, 2020. This has been a TOTAL nightmare! Adjuster wouldn't return calls, or emails to us, or the body shop! Kemper/Infinity (not sure what their actual name is) sent us check about three weeks later that wasn't even close to the amount of the estimate (they never asked for a copy of the estimate I got on September 8th. They had just guessed an amount to pay based on a few pictures we had sent. Therefore, the body shop needed additional authorization to completely repair the vehicle & get paid for it. However, they never could get their calls or emails returned, so they could proceed in a timely manner. I have written records of every call/email I made to Emily Terry, and her supervisor Kris Inzer, and so does the body shop (that I've had them send to me). In one call the body shop made to me, asking me if I could get ahold of Emily Terry, they stated this was the worst insurance company they had ever worked with. The body shop was very quick to share their list of unanswered correspondence with me when I told them the insurance company was blaming them for the delay.

Now, Kemper/Infinity is denying part of the rental vehicle charges, in excess of $900, stating it was the body shop that caused the delay, and that I should get reimbursed by them, which is complete BS! I have used the same body shop for several years & NEVER have we had any delays.

I just called Kemper/Infinity's customer service again, only to be told they only have phone numbers for the adjuster & her supervisor, which has proven to be useless information.

On 10/10/2020 I was in an accident with…

On 10/10/2020 I was in an accident with 100% liability resting with Infinity's (Now Kemper) insured driver/vehicle owner. #20003874442. I was rear ended while all traffic was stopped. I suffered vehicle damage (Complete total), property damages and physical injuries requiring much medical treatment. Since Florida is no fault my insurance has been good at covering my medical..
TRYING TO GET INFINITY TO PAY MY PROPERTY DAMAGE A DISGRACE TO THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY. After the accident they sent a form letter right away with contact info. I have called more than a dozen times with zero response. The Contact is Cassiopia Haywood. You get a recording saying I will return call but if you need assistance call my manager at number given. This too is useless because each manager & number giver is disconnected number, no longer employed or just will not call back either. In my opinion this company is dealing with bad faith to all parties including the insured and victim!! Maybe they should be investigated by regulatory authorities?? Now I may be forced to bring a lawsuit against the vehicle owners personally and the driver..So what good is a company like Kemper /Infinity??

So they can contact my adjuster, Michelle Pierre. Worthless as I have spoken to her and she admitted that I should not be responsible for the rental cost. But her supervisor Kendra Clayton thinks the company paid enough. Maybe they are considering the Bodily Injury Settlement check in the amount of $750.00 only after I sign the agreement. The DAY of the accident, Michelle Pierre offered me, pressed me and stated her supervisor required her to send me a check in the amount of $500.00 to close that portion of the claim. BTW.. "Michelle Pierre offered me $500.00 and I countered at $1000.00 they countered with $750.00.

Disgusted

I had to give. Star but they get zero stars. Their insured ran a truck through my friends home and damaged all three of their cars. It’s almost a week they have no electric in home it is structurally unsafe. They have no rental car as of yet to get to work. No one is helping them at all. The driver? She will receive another new truck while the victims had to purchase generator as to this day they get the run around. Put on hold. Imagine if one of the employees had a truck run through their house. Pretty sure they would be in a rental property with conveniences like electric and hear. With food that remains cold. I have never in my life seen a situation like this. How dare an insurance company refuse to help out the victims of one of their clients. It’s disgusting. It’s against the law to force someone to live in a house that has no utilities and is structurally unsafe. It disgusts me! Is this the type of business your company does? Collect money then refuse to take calls or turn the calls over to department after department all day putting them on hold? And still NO ANSWERS! Then to be told it will be six weeks for a structural engineer? Are they to live like campers for another six weeks before they can even be told that the property can be repaired?
