Love the wine from Infinity wines! Dave and Sarah are the best wine tasting specialists and we've learnt so much from them over the years. Will continue to go back as we can't get enough:)
So thankful that we get to see them at the Duck Pond Market every fortnight. Our little one (coolest kid on the block;) loves them too :)

My sister and her husband visited Cantina del Vesuvio a couple of years ago and came back raving about their red wine vinegar so I thought I would get them some for Christmas. I was delighted to find that I could order it in the UK via Infinity Wines. My order was processed quickly and delivered in a couple of days - unfortunately I had stupidly addressed it to my sister's old address, I contacted Dave at Infinity and he was so helpful and the order was recovered quickly. I will definitely shop with Infinity Wines again - fantastic customer service from a small independent supplier. Thank you.

I am sorry to say that my experience with Infinity Wines Ltd is not compatible with previous reviews.

In 2019 while my Son was living in Naples, we visited Cantina Del Vesuvio vineyard for lunch and wine tasting. This was a marvellous experience. We then purchased several bottles of Donna Ester delicious Wine Vinegar Condiment to bring home.

After searching the Internet I was delighted to find Infinity Wines Ltd, a UK based supplier of the Wine Vinegar Condiment.
I ordered a bottle on the 4th December as part of a Christmas gift for my Son who was visiting us for the weekend of the 9th December. Unfortunately by the 12th December I had had no confirmation of the order although the payment had been processed

I emailed the company in Italy who then had to prompt Infinity Wines Ltd to update the customer on the status of my order.

I received a blunt email from Infinity Wines to say the order would be shipped 'in the next day or so' without apology or explanation for the delay, although their delivery policy states 3-7 working days.

I emailed Infinity Wines again asking them to process the order with immediate effect and explained that as my order had taken so long to be processed, I will now have to forward the item by post with a further cost of postage after already paying a delivery charge of £12 to Infinity Wines. I also stated in the email that I was disappointed with the service.

I finally received my order on 14th December. To date I have had no response to my last email, therefore I can only assume that Infinity Wines Ltd views a small order of less importance and does not feel the need to apologise to a disappointed customer.

Great wines, Great service, Great people. What more would you desire!

I called these guys a couple of days before Xmas to see if they could deliver a case of the delicious 'Spumante Rose Extra dry Capafresca' to some friends in Kingston as a house warming gift. I did not think for a minute there was a chance they could deliver before Xmas and after a really friendly chat with Dave and his Wife it was clear they had been let down by delivery companies at short notice, however, intent on honouring their orders I believe they hired a van and were doing the deliveries themselves! They even offered to deliver my order that same day as they were scheduled to make deliveries to London so my friends received their order that afternoon. I was kept updated throughout the day. This was such an impressive service and they were genuinely really friendly and so helpful to deal with over the phone. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks again Dave :-). Excellent wines, always interesting and different. Sarah and Dave showcase Italian wines, stripped back of all pretension and fuss - just delicious wine from small producers. Bellissimo!!

Infinity wines are my all time favourite! My partner Dillon and I will be coming back to Sarah and Dave until the end of time, they’re just outstanding. Their recommendations are always bang on and their prices are ridiculously reasonable. An incredible company!

From an impromptu wine tasting to the swift delivery, Infinity Wine is a class act with their eye firmly on what wine should be. Their knowledge about the growers, the grapes, the process and the wines was entertaining and engaging me left me reassured that I was buying wines that I will truly enjoy. I may even share them with friends and family… maybe.

Wonderful organic wines and great service. We like the nice selection and variety available and all at reasonable prices. Even invested in a wine fridge as we enjoyed them so much!

Very high quality wines you can't find anywhere else. Infinity Wines are passionate about what they do and real experts. They always unearth absolute gems and for the high standard, it represents good value. Highly recommend.
